I made an appointment to get my headlamp fixed. As I drove up the service guy said, "you here for the headlamp?" and guided me where to park. Fixed it in less than 10 minutes. The price was reasonable.

This place was great. Super friendly staff! I took my truck in for an oil leak, they determined the leak location and that it would be covered by warranty and pointed me to the dealership. No charge for assessment, as they wouldn’t be doing the work. I love places with integrity like this. Most places would have charged to even look at my truck. Won't use again, did not provide service I was quoted and could care less when I brought it up.Had a detailed quote for an oil change using synthetic over the phone. Picked it up and they used a synthetic-blend saying "I didn't see a quote" rather curtly and annoyed when I asked about it.Bummer.Service: Oil change

I went to Grimm's get the DEQ emissions check on my car before work one day. They were so friendly and quick! After I paid my $20, the lady working there gave me a plant. So random but so nice! Full service

I have used Grimms on and off for 20 years for service. My car notified me I needed brake pads. I called 3 different places in town, Grimms pricing was in the middle. I chose Grimms to support our local business. Best choice I made. Easy drop off, clear communication. Honest approach (Tia called to tell me I had 30% left on front so I should only replace the rear - so my work was 50% less then what I expected). Offered a loaner, I didn't need it. Work was done on time. Thank you Grimms team!

Over the years I have had work done on all my cars which includes a Lexus 300, two BMW Z4s, Jaguar XJ8 and a Mazda Miata. They understand all these cars and they can repair just about any vehicle. Their work is timely and very affordable. I'd like to give extra high marks to Tim who recently replaced a complete center console on my Z4 . It's a complicated task and he did a fantastic job removing the old one and and reconnecting all, the wiring, etc on the new one. Grimms also has a free loaner car which makes having repair work done there extra convenient. They've been in business for many years and they are the go to shop for repair in the Lake Oswego community.

The Team here at Grimm were all amazing. Every interaction was professional and prompt. Took my Focus ST here for AC issues. Found out my radiator fans stopped working. Got them replaced. Sitting in cold AC currently! It's amazing! Quick, professional, and Efficient. If you're looking for a trustworthy Shop, Grimms Service is it.
