I have been a loyal customer since the very first factory and store opened in Madrona, where I live. I've bought at least 50 of their glassybabys for gifts over the years. I've always hesitated a little because the owner can be quite rude (the staff at the local coffee shop all avoid her!) but today was the final straw. I purchased 8 glassybabys at their 2nd sale online that I intended to use for gifts for my real estate clients. I was sitting across the store at the local restaurant when I did it. I walked across to the glassybaby store to ask for some gift bags. They refused to give me any. I asked to pay for them, they refused. I called their customer service and they refused. I asked for a refund since I don't want to give these as gifts without the gift bags. They refused to even give me a refund. There is no mention of no gift bags included with the second sale. I'm not surprised because the attitude of the owner and company has always been edgy but this is too much. Thanks a lot glassybaby for treating a loyal customer like this. And please note - you should add to your second sale website that there is no mention that you will not provide gift bags.

I went there twice to buy glassybabies. The ladies there were wonderful. I am super indecisive and they let me check each one out until I find the ones that were right for me.

I received one as a gift. The color was not my color. I went to the store today and was told exchange was only available within two weeks. I did not request a return, just an exchange. They saw the condition, the gift box and everything, still refused to exchange, assuming I had known their so called exchange "rule".So, keep this in mind. Dont buy unless you are so sure there is no return neither exchange.I suggested them to give me one I like so that I will actually use it and other people will see and may buy from them. They said if I dont like it, I could give to someone else. Hope you like that "practical" comments better than I did.I will not enter that door again.

I called the store (I live in Boston) to request an Ocean glassybaby (middle) similar to one a friend recently bought at the store. One with “layers” of translucent and opaque. They have wonderful customer service, were very patient, and I am Thrilled with the Ocean I received in the mail. Can’t wait to visit your store in person some day. ?

I went here with a friend who is a collector. I have seen these little glass wonders at her place but I wasn't sure what all the rage was. Upon entering the store I do want to say that masks were required as well as social distancing. There was sanitizer available as well as masks provided. The ladies that work here are very sweet, helpful and most of all knowledgeable of the product. At first they really didn't look like much to me but they were very colorful and from what I understand each one is unique because they are handblown glass candle holders by artisans. USA made proudly. Each candle holder comes with a unique name and story behind it. They even have beautiful coffee table books show each candle holder, it's name in the story for it. I will say that the pricing on these little balls of glass seem to run up to $90 each for the limited edition ones. Of course they come out with limited edition ones on holidays such as Christmas. $3 from the sale of every glassybaby is donated to the glassybaby foundation to provide hope and healing to people, animals and the planet. They have given over $10.8M to organizations in need. Wow! What's better than giving! On this day they were running low on stock due to the Christmas rush and covid. My friend did find some beautiful pieces to add to her collection and we were on our way. They don't skimp on the packaging. It's absolutely high-quality and beautiful. This is a very unique gift to get someone special who enjoys candles.

Glassy Baby is the best! They have such cute glassy babies and we got one for my mom! They have such a wide variety of glassy babies and there is one for everyone in there! It's a never ending supply of glassy babies!! My mom LOVES her glassy baby! All of her friends had glassy babies and she always talked about glassy babies so we went in to give them a try and see if the glassy babies were worth the hype. Let me tell you, glassy babies are worth the hype!! She uses her glassy baby every morning when she wakes up and lights up the glassy baby every night before bed! The workers at glassy baby, Brooke and Emma were great!! They helped us find the right glassy baby for her and walked us through the way glassy babies are made and how much goes into them. Glassy Babies quality is unmatched and I recommend Glassy Baby to all my friends. Overall, glassy babies are very high quality and have great employees while the glassy babies themselves are somewhat expensive they are definitely worth it, and the time that goes into making the glassy babies and precision is all worth the price.

My husband gifted me with four glasses when we were in Seattle. I got to choose them which was difficult among so many beautiful options. They are gorgeous, complex, incandescent, unique, and a pleasure to use. Do they fantastic things with light, and a re never the same twice. Honestly, owning more of them would probably not increase my pleasure with them. That is how wonderful they are.

Glassybaby's make for great gifts! Not only do they have cute names and powerful messages behind each votive/cup, they also come in a variety of colors and hues. We've also rented some for special events and weddings at a great bargain! Such a fun touch to add to any event!
