This is the most amazing FedEx Print store with whom I have worked. Vincent went above and beyond to help me in printing my mother’s memorial poster and programs. I was driving up from Los Angeles and had challenges with the app and online ordering. He ensured my mom’s memorial programs and photo poster would be available the next day. Vincent did an excellent job! He helped walk me through options and tips on being the most cost effective. I highly recommend this FedEx location! Others I phoned were not as flexible and helpful. Vincent was my guardian angel!

Best fedex location! All the people working at this location are always so kind, helpful and attentive. I’ll come in with my 2 year old and they are so accommodating with the chaos that sometimes happen with a toddler. I really appreciate the amazing service

Truly the best FedEx location in all of Portland. They ALWAYS print out my orders ahead of time, and give me a call when it's done. I've never had any issues with an order. My partner just called asking if an order could be printed 2 days ahead of what was listed on the website, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Great team!

Today Tom, the person that didn't do the job right for which I had to wait to get the job fixed, was disrespectful, invalidating and condescending. Again the job will not work to get printed and look decent. He kept repeating it was done correctly and is wonderful. I said okay thanks can I have my materials back, he kept denyingmy materialsand explaininghow good the job was,,he is "first you have to first...you know "smeerky tone , I explained I already paid and instead of apologize and stop the manner he said I am convinced there is an adjustment. There wasn't. Michael the manager is wonderful but please re train this employee. No people skills. Should not try customer service in his possible professional fields.

If you need assistance with FedEx, this should be your store of choice!This morning I visited the store, after an hour of unsuccessful/unanswered attempts online with FedEx.Michael, the manager, took on my issue without hesitation. He was focused and diligent in searching for the information, and in turn providing me with the answers that I needed.Michael and his team provide customer centric to your business/ personal needs!
