I hate FedEx they won't let you talk to anybody when you need to talk to a person instead of a Dang stupid phone machine i HATE THIS COMPANY!!!! MOST of the drivers and some other employees are super cool I like these ppl

This location is great! I use it all of the time. It is best to setup your account online, print your label, then just drop off. Super nice people!

For being the main hub ship center they did not have any option to ship my medium size package. But rather sent me to another location to have them package it and send it back to them. Very short staffed but at least the guy was very nice and tried.

The FedEx delivery drivers that come out of this warehouse are stupid. They've delivered my packages to the wrong address the last 3 times. (In a month). Very expensive packages are being left at my neighbors door. I just received my $1000 item opened and gone through. Either the driver went through it or left it at the wrong address and they went through it. I wouldn't know because the proof of delivery picture is of a random building the took a pic of from inside their truck. Horrible delivery service.

No knock so I requested door bell ring for delivery and was home both days for delivery attempt. Driver just left a note and walked away without doing either. For an expensive package item and there's no way to contact the office directly.

Alisa and Joshua were great and very helpful.Alisa went out her way when I came in 5 minutes to closing time. She assisted me with no hesitation and not trying to rush me out because of closing time. I wasn't home for a package I missed. She checked to see if the driver had gotten back. The driver was just arriving back and I waited patiently while she seen what she could do for me. She came back and had a package in her hands I was so happy and grateful. While she was in the back Joshua had came up front to help a customer. And then afterwards him and I started talking and he was very friendly. And once again not trying to rush me oit even though it was past closing time. I just wanted to acknowledge both of them and say FedEx should be very happy to have them as employees at your establishment.

The gentleman at this location was very professional and an amazing guy he made sure my package was adequately packaged with enough stuffing so it would not break he went ahead and made sure everything was correct super friendly I will doing all my shipping at this location from now on great service

I received a notification that my (important) package would arrive ahead of schedule and sender put restrictions, and i couldn't hold it at facility. I would miss the 3rd attempt. So I cancelled my roadtrip early to be home by the estimated time of 11:27 am and 5:41 pm. I was sitting at my doorway when I got a notification that I wasn't home and missed the delivery. I called the customer service and they told me it was attempted to be delivered at 8 am!!! I requested to be connected to either her manager or shipping facility, she said she would. And she just put me in air and I was hung up several minutes later. I called again and the other agent did the same.

Fedex has been a complete disappointment. Not this location but the 1800 number customer service us absolutely terrible. They can't call to confirm if a package is the the stated pick up location. I requested that my package be left with out a signature and yet their system didn't update. They stated they made an attempt at 7am. I did not have a door tag and my motion sensing cameras did not pick up anything around that time. I paid for express shipping and now have to go spend 2 hours to pick up my package because FedEx can't update their shipments. This isn't the first time. Last one was held at the distribution center for 3 weeks. FedEx has continually had poor customer service or the ability to provide a reasonable resolution.

Guy who helped me was super great. BUT I got the information from 1-800# that my package was on site and I could pick up today. WRONG. Always ask 1-800 person to have someone from specific location call you back OR conference call them. It will save you an unnecessary trip.

I am about a month late in my review, but it's important enough that I wanted to leave it anyway. My review is in regards to a specific driver that is stationed out of this location. While I don't know his name, I do know his employee # (103091) which I am leaving in hopes that this message gets back to his supervisor and to him. I have also already placed a call with FedEx corporate with my feedback. That's how impressed I was by this driver. Every month, I have to be home one day to sign for a very important package. It is a medication that my husband has to take daily, and if I am not here to sign for it, it will not be left at the front door. Well, in the midst of all the craziness of year end on Dec 30th, I forgot that the medication was coming that day and ran out to the grocery store to grab a few items. I was only gone for 30 mins. But of course, that's when FedEx came by. So when I got home and saw the "sorry we missed you" door tag on my front door, I was devastated. And I felt like an idiot for forgetting since I've been doing this for the last 3 years. I figured I would just have to wait until the package was brought back to the shipping center later that evening and then call them the next day to figure out what to do. So imagine my surprise when a couple of hours later while I was cooking dinner, my doorbell rang and it was the FedEx guy again! I wasn't expecting anymore packages so I practically mowed the dog down running to the door hoping that maybe, just maybe, it was the same package. So when I opened the front door and saw the tell tale brown paper envelope I was beyond relieved. The driver told me that he was on his way back from his route and saw the lights on in my house, so he thought he'd stop by and give it one more try before calling it a day. I was so happy, I practically could've hugged the guy. I mean, who does that these days? Goes out of their way just because it's the kind thing to do, with no expectation of getting anything back in return? Maybe he noticed that the package was from a pharmacy and guessed that it might be really important, and maybe not. But either way, he helped us out so much that day. And he probably doesn't even realize how much. So I hope that this gets back to him somehow so he knows that he made a difference that day and how much he was appreciated. So thank you, employee #103091. You rock!
