Did not come to our house when we asked them to at 2:30 PM today. My wife actually talked to a FedEx representative and they said they will be there by 2:30 PM. They showed up a lot earlier and still got the sticker on our door. This is very poor service..

I will throw a party when FedEx goes bankrupt, but apparently this monstrosity is "too big to fail" like all other corrupt corporations. Over the years I have had numerous problems with their drivers who don't read instructions and make up excuses not to deliver. You can never talk to a live HUMAN on their 800 line. The tracking page will tell you to go to this location to pick up a package but there is no direct line to talk to a real human to confirm that my package is actually held there and the time frame I can visit to pick it up. They have ONE job and they fail miserably.
For this location, the driver made up bogus excuses not to deliver. They also gave me conflicting info. The tracking page said I needed to sign for the package. This is a gigantic lie! I have made exactly the same purchases from the company (Chewy) and none of my packages including this one ever requires a signature. I have even double checked with Chewy. The nightmare 800 customer disservice number said the driver couldn't get into the building. Another lie. All drivers have codes to get into buildings and I have never had any issues with Amazon drivers etc, even previous FedEx drivers.
Now their nightmare disservice system said they will try again tomorrow. How is anything going to be different? Whatever bogus excuses they cited are going to stay the same. I am not going to be home to sign for that package when it does not need a signature in the first place and the driver who claimed they can't enter the building will have the same issue. Are they going to fake delivering three times then returning the package to Chewy?! Crooks and morons.
I am this close to never buying from Chewy again despite my love for almost everything else about it, just because I don't want to deal with FedEx.
** Why does Google keep deleting my review? Of course, they are in bed together with FedEx. What a joke!

Very disappointed with this place and FedEx in general. I have been in the hospital for the past 2 days without my phone. I knew I had a package coming (which is a live animal) as soon as I was released I went as fast as I could to FedEx to pick it up. I called trying to get a hold of this location but could only get in contact with customer service. The lady said as long as I got there by 705 I would be fine. I got there at 7pm exactly and it looks like it's been closed for hours not a person in sight. So why was I told I would be fine if I got there by 705pm I would be ok. And why can't I get a hold of the FedEx store directly?

Which driver came to the bridge creek apartments in wilsonville to deliver but NOT KNOCK on the door and just put a sticker up when we’re waiting for a super important package?? Please re-evaluate your delivery staff!!!

FedEx is a mixed bag. The employees at this location's ship center have always been friendly. If you have any issues do not call the 1-800 number, it is utterly useless. All calling that will do is raise your blood or worse. Just come here and talk to a real employee.I've how many overnight packages delivered to me and shipped out of here. All the packages have shipped out of here overnight have always been delivered on time, oftentimes clear across the country on the Eastern seaboard. I've had many packages fully insured shipped to me overnight cross-country as well. A few times, the delivery drivers out of this location have not ring the doorbell or knock loudly, just one quick knock and then they leave. So I have to keep an eye out when an overnight signature required package is being delivered.One time, on a ln overnight shipment from Canon Professional Services the driver didn't even have the package, but just walked up, put a note on the door and left. I called the 800 number, which was worthless trying to track it down. They said it was at Walgreens, where it never should have been. So we drove to Walgreens, they hadn't seen it and the manager starts freaking out.I finally figured it was probably still at the hub across Boones Ferry. I arrived here and there it was, safe and sound. Never even made it on the truck. The employees at the desk were great, and it's not their fault the tracking system often breaks or messes up. The 800 number is worthless. The delivery drivers out of here have been very hit or miss. So overall, I give this location 3 stars. There's good and bad. Either way, if you ever need help from FedEx do not call the 800 number, just come here and talk to the people at the shipping center desk.
