Eric Croll & his assistant Emilia, made the sometimes difficult & frustrating mortgage loan experience as easy as they could. Both were great at communicating, replied to every phone call, every question and were very thorough on their follow up. We appreciate all their efforts on getting our loan closed on time, even with a few bumps along the way that they had no control over.We would highly recommend Eric and Cross Country for your next mortgage loan!

I me an Eric had a quick chat on a Saturday about the possibility of getting us approved for a home loan. On Sunday we filled out the application and first thing on Monday he contacted us and let us know we were able to buy a home. He immediately got in contact with our realtor and remained in constant communication through the process. By Wednesday morning we were under contract with a closing date only 26 days away. Eric and his team got us closed on time and worked with us every step of the way. After 2 previous real estate transactions with other companies were the closing was held up it was refreshing to work with a team committed to closing on time.
