These treadmills are garbage. Had ours less than one year and it had a board issue. Guess what nobody locally in a metro area willing to work ion them and customer service has no clue how to properly diagnose what the issue is. Sent us a board that had nothing to do with the actual problem. The customer service people don’t even know where all the pertinent wires and screws for the machine are located to diagnose the issue. Total clown show.

A little bit disappointed in how unhelpful some staff was.
Vaguely pointing when asking where stuff is, when they're not even sure where it is, causing a wild goose chase, is frustrating, especially when handicapped.
When walking up to where an employee was to ask for help, they glanced at me and walked into the employee only area, knowing we were coming.
We had to walk ALL the way back to the entrance, just to find someone who was actually helpful, and their helpfulness is what keeps me from giving 1 star.

Good selection of sporting goods, shoes, clothes, and more. Doesn't matter the sport, they have the equipment, shoes and more. They also have a good selection of a treadmills and workout stuff. Sometimes it can be a little hard to find an employee, but once I've found one they've always been attentive and helpful.

What an interesting experience. I came in to buy a new pair of good walking shoes. I was the only customer in the department while three employees visited in one corner. It took me a minute to figure out the whole thing was self-serve. I scanned my shoes into the kiosk, hit enter, and waited.
The three didn't move, carrying on their conversation as though I wasn't there. After a few minutes, someone appeared from the back with my shoes and went straight back to the stock room.
I tried on both pairs and walked around while the visiting continued.
A few moms came in with their sons, looking for shoes. The visiting finally broke up when one of the moms asked for help.
As I got up to leave, without purchasing anything, one of the three radioed their manager to ask if they could go on break. Meanwhile all the moms want is help.

amazing service, great selection and big store. Super helpful. missing a star because locker room were a bit messy but its understandable since it was a few hours before closing.

Female Mgr was extremely helpful and efficient yesterday. (I was nearby since visiting Bio Foot Massage.) Well, I had just bought a beanie at the Washington Square location, yet there was a minor issue. She was able to assist me rather than driving back and forth. Thank you!

I love the clothing and shoes here but the shoes are quite pricey, and the return policy to switch out shoes without receipt is ridiculous, they make you pay extra $30.00 bucks. Even if you bought it 2 days ago.

One employee Sarah was first person I saw when I walked in. She was super rude and talked down to me. As someone who works in a customer service position I am appalled. I was check out though by a very sweet girl at the register so the whole experience wasn't terrible.

Worst customer service. I called about re-shafting my golf club and it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of the guy in the golf department. It was like I was an inconvenience. I'm the customer you dumb shit! I need help, that's why I'm calling!
