I have visited this store twice for prescriptions and vaccines and will not be back. The parking lot is terrible and difficult to navigate with lots of cars and small spaces. Once you finally get into the store prescriptions and vaccines take forever and sometimes you cannot even get them. The pharmacists and technicians are not friendly. On both occasions the pharmacist told me as well as another client to make an appointment and return even though they are not busy and there are 4 people working. I truly do not know how they are in business.

If I could rate them higher I would. My perscription is hard to get. Costco, Fred Meyer,Amazon and Safeway said good luck. The pharmacist said " I got you covered". Well she was so right. Every one of the staff has been so helpful and kind to me. Thank you and I'll see you again soon.

Avoid this pharmacy with its unethical retaliating, egotistic pharmacy manager Zafar at all cost. She lied to insurance, patient and the pharmacy tech. I was on a conference call together with insurance for a hour to speak with Zafar and she still would not pick up. This is after Insurance senior member had Called and Spoke with her the previous day. Even with Insurance’s call log, she still lied to staff about not getting the call the previous day, ans refused to pick up my call again. . Sometimes she intentionally hangs up then lied about the phone quality from my home 60 feet away from the store.. Truly revolting..The pharmacist and most of the tech are poorly trained. They cannot even provide the correct prescription information. I have to point out their errors multiple times. If you ask them a simple question! “ What prescription do I still have at the pharmacy? “they cannot give you the right answers..The new permed hair Asian staff pharmacist twist words is as manipulative, condescending, arrogant and dismissive. I should have recorded the conversation. Never seen unprofessional, dishonest pharmacists. CVS pharmacy as a whole has the worst staff compared with Rite Aide and Walgreen. The pharmacy culture reflects the character of RX manager. Most of the techs are willing to help, except for one or two. Front store has a few nice staff.

This CVS is the best EVER. Everyone is so helpful, and I feel so fortunate to have this as MY pharmacy. The pharmacy manager, Shazia Zafar, goes above and beyond for her patrons. She is so very kind and always has a smile. I recommend this store highly.

I had an appointment at 5:15. It's 6:15 and I'm still waiting. Why would you bother putting appointments for a time you're not going to be remotely ready for? There's a line of disabled people as well without enough seats. This is absurd. Don't make the appointments if you can't fulfill the service at that time.

CVS at Mercantile Village is low on service and knowledgeable employees and high in prices. The pharmacy is disorganized and sends out incorrect refill information. For a recent prescription it took 6 days to fill, pick up/ready time was when the pharmacy was closed and the following day the store did not open till 10. We were headed out on a trip and we're unable to wait. As I typed this a message came CVS saying I could pick it up now (9:20 am) but we were just there and store does not open till 10. Avoid this store and pharmacy.

Previous posts about poor service couldn't be more true. After 2 poor customer service experiences from different CVS pharmacies I will now be avoiding these pharmacies like the COVID.

I used to get my Rx’s filled at another pharmacy located within a popular grocery store chain for convenience (one-stop shopping), but it has turned into a nightmare in recent years (long wait times, medications often out of stock when needed the most, rude pharmacy clerks, no one ever available to answer the phone when you call, etc.).Enter CVS…Came here for the first time a few months ago out of sheer necessity because my usual pharmacy could not fill a Rx that I badly needed for at least several more days, even though I was very sick. CVS not only had the medication in stock, but was able to have it ready for pickup in less than an hour. I have since learned that this was not just a one-off, but rather my usual experience whenever I come in.I hate to spill the beans, because I feel like this pharmacy is my own personal “hidden gem” in Lake Oswego, tucked away in the corner just for me whenever the need should arise. So I almost don’t want to blow their cover. But alas. they are genuinely too good at what they do not to give them a fair shout out.Lovely pharmacists who are not only helpful but actually smile and say hello, hardly ever a line when I’ve gone by to pick up a Rx (and even then, I’ve never waited for more than a couple of mins tops), always a live person available to answer the phone when I call, and most medications I’ve needed have been in stock and filled and ready for pickup within the same hour they are called in by the prescriber. So at a time when going to the pharmacy is usually ranked up there by most people with getting a root canal or having a tooth pulled (btw, I also have a good dentist I can recommend if you actually need one), this CVS location gets a solid 5 out of 5 in my opinion!

I have been a longtime CVS customer. They have been my main pharmacy for over 5 years, but starting about a year ago their service has really gone downhill. It started with issues filling prescriptions. They refused to honor coupons from GoodRx and gave me a lot of problems concerning my insurance and the use of GoodRx. That was was CVS in general, my review about this specific CVS in Lake Oswego concerns the difficulty my family and I have had receiving vaccinations recently. They claim that you need a prescription to receive vaccines that are recommended under CDC guidelines. Beware, they will not call you before you show up for your appointment to let you know this and then shame you when you approach the counter and try to receive your vaccination. I am beyond disappointed with their customer service and lack of communication.
