Good service... good service and speed... gas dispatcher did everything for me... the cashier offered me to acquire extra mile points and I left with free things!!! Brilliant

The convenience store attached to Chevron has some fishy business going on. I went to buy a snack and paid with a credit card. The prompt for cash back popped up and I wrote in $5.00. The lady rang me up and the drawer popped open and she looked confused. She told me she doesn’t do Cash Back. I let her know the prompt popped up on the screen and I asked for a refund then. She then repeated they don’t do cash back and that I could pick out another item. I didn’t want another item, but I chose one that was $5.15 since I wanted to go home. She told me that was too expensive so I ended up having to get an item for 4.83 and she didn’t give me change. She also wouldn’t let me keep my receipt which was odd. I’ve done cashiering before and her till isn’t going to end up even at the end of the night unless she pocketed the $5. There was no signage saying there was no cash back.

Don’t go to this Chevron if you are a female. My wife goes here on the way home from work and every time she has this Hispanic male (possibly 40 years old) take her card, he always intentionally grazes her hand. This has happened on multiple occasions. She has started avoiding this location when she sees him working.

Don't go there if you are a female.a few weeks ago i sent my 17 year old daughter in to pay cash for gas and Little Hispanic guy, Enrique. is his name followed her in the store she said he kept smiling and speaking to her inapropiately she said he was staring down my daughter's top and she said he winked at her as she came out the store .. she said he made her feel uncomfortable the way he was looking at her she says she didn't say anything at the time because she didn't want to cause a scene ..well I am about to cause one ..I will be getting a lawyer and going back for the footage it's he little Mexican guy I know cause ingot his name it's Enrique I won't shop there again as long as he employed there ..and I'll see to it that half of lake Oswego doesn't either ima well known In this town

If you have the sad chance of being forced give this gas station your business due to its location and purely as a need to project your vehicle forward my, heart goes out to you. None of the body language, words, or actions of a single employee was an appropriate attitude or down right level of respect a business should undoubtedly give a customer. I was scoffed at and received a disgusted and unappreciated inappropriate response for requesting 15 dollars in gas. The thief at the pump wouldn't even stop there and went over

Avoid at all costs. First time the attendant “accidentally” let the pump run I let it slide. Today I went again and clearly told a different attendant I wanted $20. He just let the pump go— by the time I realized it, there was a $45 charge.Manager shrugs and says “nothing I can do, the gas is already in your car.”Sketchy sketchy sketchy. I will never buy gas from this place again, and I encourage all others to stay away as well. They will take advantage of you if they can.

If you use a wheelchair avoid this station.. their chip readers are still broken on the pumps and they will make you go inside to pay

Quick stop to get gas. In Oregon the attendant pumps your gas. Must remember that. Next time. Gas pumped Nothing to clean windows with But clean bathrooms

I’ve come to this gas station there one person there I do not like, I come there every day because I’m a parts delivery driver and we have to fill our vans with gas at the end of the day, well one guy in particular he’s a little Hispanic guy always assumes I’m going to get premium gas, even though I always get regular, since I’m supposed to became those are the rules for my job, and I’ve even had to have the guy start over because he selected the wrong grade of gas, I don’t know where he gets the idea I’m getting premium because I’ve never asked for it there, so be careful and make sure they don’t put wrong grade in your car, I assume guy just assumes everyone is getting premium and that why he assumes I’m getting it.

The rudest pump attendants and this is the only place I have a problem paying with my card. I'm never coming here again. The bald headed man is on something because he freaks out on people over the slightest and is so rude.

One star is too much! I asked the attendant to hold on starting the fuel until I could put my fuel tab in. He didn’t but then pulled the nozzle out while the gas was pouring out all over my car! No apologies, no effort to clean it up. I called the next day to make a complain to the owner. The employee that answered was just as indifferent as the gas attendant the night before. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ll let my car run out of gas before I ever go back there. Customers beware, avoid this gas station.

Next time don't ask if I'm ready 20 times. If you don't speak English please tell me that. (Spanish dude I recorded after the 5x asking me "ready now") And also accusing customers for doing the things that they didn't do in there personal life?? Wtf? and giving them the wrong flavor of nicotine ..coke on..in a span of buying stuff two times in one day! is just so rude. (White haired dude)At least I'm remembered and that's decent customer service. Everything else is actually crap lol. Including prices. Remember the customer is always right. I am a manager at a store in mall ! trust me this place needs help, bad; I'll change this review if they change the situations I've been in, or am gonna be in.. next time I have to go there. Lol ugh
