Tellers are helpful and quick. There is never a line when I am here. Good parking lot with two exits. The bank assistants go above and beyond for you. Easy to make an appointment and have never yet had an appointment cancelled.

Everyone at this branch is excellent in every way. I am so pleased that this is my branch. I couldn’t ask for better service than that I am proved by the branch manager and all the staff!

I love this branch and everyone in it so so helpful and nice to work with. I do all my banking here and did my mortgage with the best loan officer on the planet Dave Tong. Someone commented slow - but it's friendly and awesome and this totally impatient girl has never had a single toe tapping minute in the 100x she's been there.

Slowest customer care I have ever experienced had to come back three times to sit down with someone told me I should email them for an appointment t also did that and no one ever responded if they see you waiting they don't check in to see how you're doing very slow, unsupported service

Only one teller at all times, for accounting purposes I need to take my deposits into the bank, the manager, Jeremy, even though he has been told on several occasions we are not interested in the night drops, always rudely tries to talk us into them, even though I told him coming into the bank is the most convenient way for our office to make deposits. He has been told NO, my boss has even called him and told him NO night deposits, and to stop harassing me about it. Once again he brought the subject up, being pushy and rude, and even made the comment, "I understand, you like to get away from the office", I did not ask for his opinion, he is socially inept. I am traumatized, and dread going back.
