Cat Care Professionals really is the best clinic we've ever been to. We did not know that Cat Only clinics were even a thing and we can't say enough great things about it. When our cat, Angel, passed away a few years ago, they were so supportive, kind, and loving. The front desk is always courteous, they are quick communicators, and Dr Ellingsen always takes the time to respond to us directly via email whenever our other two cats have blood work, or we have questions. SO HAPPY!

I recently established care for my cat at Cat Care Professionals after hearing so many great things about their vets, and I am so glad that I did! My kitty is very cautious of new situations and gets extremely anxious and flighty at the vet. Dr. Ruse handled him with such care and compassion, and she came up with a plan to hopefully make future vet visits less stressful for him. She explained everything really well and took the time to answer all of my questions; the appointment never felt rushed. Their pricing is also upfront and transparent, which I appreciate. I feel confident that my cat will be in the best hands here!

I have one easy cat and one bengal. The bengal has to be medicated prior to visits and the staff at Cat Care Prof are so fantastic with her. They call to follow up on her status day after her visit and even follow up to make sure I’m seeing a refund back to my card for tests that weren’t needed after all. I cannot recommend them enough!

Every staff member I encountered was considerate, helpful and kind. Considering that vet visits are generally high stress, this was a lovely experience.

Cat Care Professionals changed our lives. Our precious Ragdoll Lucia had been tormented by satanic behavior for some time. Clearly unhappy, pacing, yowling, peeing inappropriately. Previous vets diagnosed her as bored, or wanting to go outside. We were at our wits end. Dr. Cornwell suggested testing her for remaining ovarian tissue although she had been spayed by the breeder. Sure enough, not all of the ovarian tissue had been removed. Dr. Ellingsen removed the remaining tissue and Lucia was now again an angel; loving and playful. We will be forever be grateful to Cat Care for their wisdom and loving care.

Excellent staff and doctors. They are very professional, skilled and friendly. Dr. Ruse was great, the minute she entered the exam room she was on the floor looking at our kitties on their eye level.

Cat Care Professionals are the gold standard for cat veterinary services. We’ve trusted our cats with them for over five years. The doctors are thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ellingsen recently diagnosed our newly adopted kitty with a rare condition that was undiscovered by several other vets. She’s very committed to his care and he’s now on the path towards the appropriate treatment. Dr. Ruse has worked tirelessly with some of our cats to address various issues; we especially appreciate her sound guidance and responsiveness by email. Dr. Cornwell has the most wonderful bedside manner, especially with our older grumpy girl. The techs, assistants, and administrative staff are always welcoming and professional. Cat Care is extremely transparent about costs as well. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

A+ care and quality attention to my boys' actual needs. I don't feel pressured by any upsells. The treatments suggested seem reasonable and without excessive deviation to a fiscally incentivized option. One of my boys is extremely (extremely) averse to seeing the doc. His demeanor while in their care is night and day compared to any other veterinary establishment. Extremely happy to have been recommended Cat Care Professionals by my groom and board facility owner. We became unexpected cat owners around 2 years ago. We had very little cat experience and our beautiful senior had medical issues. We were referred to Cat Care Professionals. Under their expert care her quality of life continues to improve. In addition to providing great care they are all very patient and taught us how to be cat owners. We subsequently got 2 more kittens and the team helped us navigate how to integrate them into our home successfully. Over the years we met most of the team members and they are all great.
