Dear Bank of America, Your corporate office has now painted the interior walls black like a dungeon vault. It's so uninviting that I now hate coming here. If you're going to paint all your branches black inside, I'll have to find another bank Ugh.

I gave up and transferred my home mortgage after they kept dinging me with late charges, from PAYING EARLY. Confusing bookkeeping. I prefer transparency in a bank. Hopefully they've fixed this.

Awww, I miss this old financial center and the customers I used to serve there. I'm still working for BofA so I'm very grateful, but the people in this area were all so very kind and friendly, it just makes me miss seeing them all.

Not a fan of B of A (Of the mega banks, they and Chase are the best, but that isn't saying much). THIS location, however, I have always had great customer service and they've been helpful. I'm personally a fan of this old school style bank lobby, though its general emptiness is a little sad.

I have banked at this Lake Oswego Branch for 35 - 40 years. It was always a pleasure to see the tellers I knew and knew me. This bank is now cold, old, and regimented by Gwen, a DISINGENUOUS, KNOW IT ALL, WAN-TO-BE MANAGER, WHOM SEEMS TO THINK THE WORLD OF HERSELF. Gwen must rehearse curt, repetitive answers AT SPEAKING DOWN TO CUSTOMERS at night. if she were any kind of manager at all, she would anticipate customer questions, and be informed; instead, she tells you to go online and look it up for yourself. The first time in, the THE "NEW" GWEN WOULD NOT LEAVE THE CUBICLE while I was opening a new account. MY BUSINESS IS PRIVATE, but she wouldn't leave. She make both the bank employee and myself uncomfortable, then cut us short, telling him he had another appointment. Yesterday, while standing in line, answers to the questions asked by the customers in front of me were "NO" to this and "NO" to that. The tellers look uneasy. Customers seemed confused and unhappy. Miss GWEN, ALWAYS STEPPING IN, told me what one of my friends (that use to work at this branch) would have said to me pertaining to a request. She was WRONG, completely out of line, and unprofessional standing there in here "DENIM JEANS". After knowing how hard it was for me to get to the bank and offering no solutions (I thought of after leaving) OR ANSWERS AS WHY THEY NOW REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION, NOT REQUIRED IN THE PAST; she says to me "I will explain it to you while we walk out the door "UNBELIEVABLE". Knowing I was very upset and disappointed at this encounter, Gwen calls out as I was leaving the building, "Have a Nice Day". Please, Please, recruit a KNOWLEDGEABLE & CONSIDERATE manager POSSESSING THE CHARACTERISTICS OF CIVILITY AND PROPER ETIQUETTE, the characteristic of an "ACCOMPLISHED MANAGER". We, deserve it.

Just had pretty terrible customer service from the supervisor over sending a fax to main BOA. The counter lady was very kind, but needed her supervisor to do the fax. The lady was grumbling from the moment she was called over and then looked over the paperwork telling me it would be rejected for errors. Didnt want me to send the fax and i had to tell her "If BOA wants to reject the paperwork let them!" There was no sense she actually cared that it was filled out right, she seemed annoyed about it all and grumbled at me that we were having problems with BOA because of badly filled out paperwork. I get bad days and wouldn't have left this review if I hadn't decided to go back in to get a fax confirmation and she made sure to be very annoyed that she had to go print it out from an email and I apologetically explained "sorry we've been having trouble with BOA" and she grumbled "because you don't fill out paperwork right" as I walked out. Go on break and breathe or something dude im just trying to send a fax!
