Excellent selection, friendly & knowledgeable staff. However, their business model is flawed as far as their working hrs: they are never opened on weekends, when >80% of the homeowners who pay for the projects are free to visit. That's why only a 3 star review.

Go here for flooring, not CFM! Much better customer service and they actually will come up to help you. Area Floors was easy peasy, great LVP purchasing experience. Dawn was awesome, gave us all the options and got us what we needed fast. Thank you, Area Floors!

I have been working with Area Floors for about 3 years and love their responsiveness. I always send my clients there because they are so helpful and choosing everything that the client needs. They have a beautiful show room and it's very easy to select all of the items that we need for remodels. I do a lot of tile and flooring and they are definitely my go to showroom. I know that my clients will be treated well and it's also a great place that I can meet and go through the details of our project while we choose the materials that we are looking for. I own PDX Arrow Painting & Construction and have worked with several other suppliers that do not follow up with complaints on flooring and tile. I've always had a response from Area Floors with any issues that I have had no matter the brand.

Dawn has been wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. We had to change the original design which required ordering new materials and last minute decisions. The warehouse guy was very helpful too. Area Floors has their act together.

As an Architectural Designer in Lake Oswego, I appreciate the great selection of flooring and tile at Area Floors from the quality manufacturers they represent.Equally important is the personalized service I receive. All the employees are friendly and helpful, however I work predominately with Josh Pohs ,who is also the showroom manager. Professional, courteous , and knowledgeable..ok, lets call him a rock star! One stop shop, beautiful showroom, conveniently located!

Josh has been amazing helping my husband and I order our flooring and backsplash for our kitchen remodel. He was patient with us while making decisions and was willing to answer any questions we had regarding the orders. He kept us in loop frequently about when our orders should be arriving and we appreciate the continual communication. Area Floors has a vast showroom with a large variety of products to choose from. You can go high end luxurious or if you are looking for a more easy on the pocket book solution, there are options for you as well! I have been going to Area Floors for all of my properties flooring and tile work needs for the past 5 years now and I can't say highly enough how great they are at helping me with my many questions, my constant second guessing myself, and then delivering on my need of getting product in fast! Thanks Area Floors!!
