I had a wonderful time shopping at Anna’s Bridal back in September 2023. Anna helped me pick out my dress, and it was perfect! This was the fifth bridal store I had been to, and by far the most personalized experience.

I found the dress of my dreams here. Everyone was so sweet and helpful, and while many dresses were a little over my price range, they helped me find one on sale and within my budget. Highly recommend!

Hello. I bought and had my wedding dress altered in this salon. It was beautiful and elegant white dress. My dress stopped being beautiful after it was altered by the seamstress on this salon. I don’t remember her name. She stained it with a pen, tea or coffee and other things… I don’t know exactly what are these stains from. She stained it while working with it when she was altering it. I’m from Vancouver. I had to come to try on dresses often and today I also had to come extra to sort out the situation, but the manager was not at work at that time. So I had to resolve this issue directly with the woman who altered my dress. I came to have the seamstress correct her work and she started washing it with special products after which when I came home I found huge yellow and pink stains on the dress from these products. I have video and photo evidence. If these stains do not come out after dry cleaning, I will be so upset and will be forced to buy a new dress for my big day and the money spent on a dress in this salon will be wasted… For such a negligent attitude towards me and my money I leave a bad review and do not recommend this salon to anyone. But even if these stains come out after dry cleaning, I still cannot recommend it to you because the work is initially very irresponsible and this is unpleasant for me as a person who spends money and trusts the salon waiting on a good result. Thank you.
So I would also like to add about the work of the seamstress. The places where it was necessary to take in, alter or hem in certain places were done very carelessly and roughly. No self-respecting seamstress, even if she is not a professional, will give such a rough and incorrectly done job. And in this salon work the so-called professionals. The seamstress took 450$ for her roughly and incorrectly done work and now I need to give dress to a professional to have everything professionally altered. I will repeat once again and emphasize that I do not recommend this salon to you, because if you understand even a little bit how professional works, you will be upset by what you see. They will take a lot of money from you, and the work will be done carelessly, roughly and unprofessionally.

I absolutely loved the experience I had here! Josie was so wonderful and we vibed so well. She knew what worked well for me and I loved getting to know her. She felt like such a calming person that helped absolutely calm my nerves, plus she is SO easy to get along with and beautiful inside and out!! I absolutely loved meeting Katie You can tell how much this team cares about the bridal experience and appreciates the work that they do. I actually got to see a glimpse of the legend, Anna, and it I even found out they have someone important on their team, Fari (sorry if there is a spelling mistake), who does amazing alterations. Thank you for making me and my guests feel like we were at home. Please future brides include this on your places to go!

I went into my wedding dress shopping appointment early October 2022 with a pretty clear idea of what I thought I wanted. I showed Katie some things I had on a Pinterest board, most of which was all lacy sleeved ballgowns and A-line dresses. EVERYTHING changed once I put on that Jory dress by Pronovias. It was the very first dress I had tried on aside from some family heirloom options that hadn't panned out. It was simple, classic, elegant, and it shocked me that a sleeveless, strapless Mikado gown was the one that no matter how many lace dresses I tried on, it kept calling me back. I went to one more store after Anna's, but I knew I had found my dress! I came back with my now mother-in-law to try it on again to make sure, and I was sold. I made another appointment to make things financially official, and was told that it would be ordered from Barcelona immediately, but that it would likely land in Portland by March or April. I was again stunned by Anna's when they told me in February 2023 that they would be getting it soon, and I got to see MY dress for the first time on Valentine's Day. Can't get more romantic than that! I didn't have shoes yet, so we made another appointment about a month after so alterations could start. Anna did all of the alterations and listened intently at each appointment so that I was completely comfortable with how it looked at each step. My alterations were done by the end of June, and they were glad to hold my dress in the shop until just before my wedding so that my now husband couldn't sneak a peak. By the time I tried it on for the last time before the wedding, it fit like a dream, bustled like a dream, and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Our favorite parts of the wedding day were the first looks and the ceremony, as the dress, veil and hair piece I purchased from Anna's tied everything together, and made for a stunningly elegant memory we will look back on forever. I can't thank or recommend Anna's enough.

100% very happy with the experience. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the associate who helped me however she was amazing. They opened when they would normally be closed to accommodate my work schedule which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. And the selection they had was amazing. so many beautiful gowns. I’ve had other bridal stores be less transparent with pricing and brought my dresses that were outside my price range which is honestly annoying.when I finished up they gifted me a bottle of champagne and a cute goodie bag! We celebrated across the street with delicious crepes 10/0

I had the best experience ever! Anna is so kind, understanding, and has the best variety of dresses. I had a tight budget and she was not pushy like other bridal stores, she would only pull what I could afford.

I had an amazing experience finding my wedding dress here! The quality and variety of their gowns was WAY beyond other places I had been. Katie was so helpful with providing me other options, listening to what I wanted, and helping me envision my dress. Katie found the dress I said YES to. Anna the owner was so sweet and I loved that my dress was purchased at a local boutique rather than chain. Their communicate thus far has been outstanding. Thank you for making my wedding dress experience so wonderful! Highly recommend!

5 Stars all the way. While I haven't made a purchase just yet, the experience there left me in near tears (of happiness). The help was so kind, and understanding about my price point and making sure I was comfortable with what I was trying on. I had an amazing team around me, and I loved how honest they were. If a dress wasn't working - they let me know, and let me know what my options were for alterations. Thank you Anna's Bridal and the team for supporting me.

Staff was friendly and super helpful, I found a selection and style of dresses I hadn't seen at other places absolutely fell in LOVED with a dress but not with the low back they were able to costomize it to my liking and it was exactly what I wanted

I went to the store to look for my wedding dress that will happen in Brazil next year and all the staff was so kind and helpful through this important moment of my life.I got in the store with an idea of a dress that I would wear and I got out there with something different that fits so perfectly for this moment of my life.I'm so happy that I followed my friend's recommendation for shopping at Anna’s Bridal.
