My husband bought me one of their beautiful bags. It faded so I inquired about what I could do...the conditioner perhaps they recommend. Instead, they offered to send me another beautiful bag. Excellent customer service and love the quality of their bags. Highly recommend.

I love my purse, but the best was the excellent customer service I received from Mia! True story, my dog chewed the long strap in half. I email and sent photos not really sure what to expect. The company replaced my strap promptly and I received a hand written note from Mia. Awesome customer service and I will definitely purchase from them in the future!

Fantastic customer service! I had a snap pop off on my bag several months after I bought it. It was too late to return it to the store where I made the purchase so I emailed Anabaglish customer service and Mia made sure to mail me another bag! Thank you! I will continue to buy from you!

The heart of this company is amazing. The uniqueness of the bags and the quality makes them stand out. The founder's vision inspired by strong women of the past is icing on the cake for me. I initially sought help to find a replacement strap for an Anabaglish bag purchased through another retailer. I didn't just receive a strap, I received a new bag. I was inspired by the amazing customer support and ordered another bag to grow my collection. I plan to be a customer for life.

I've never had a sour experience, this company is wonderful. I bought my first bag in 2017, the Joan woven crossbody. When the strap started to wear and broke they sent me a new one, so very helpful and thoughtful with their customers.Last November I was in the hunt for a larger bag and landed on the Skylar woven, it's wonderful. Bigger, has a shoulder strap and cross body strap, it's wonderful. The customer service responses are real people, quick, and wonderful, can't say enough positive words about this company.

I love the bags that I have purchased from Anabaglish. I always receive compliments on them. I'm happy to tell everyone where I found the bags, because they're such great quality for a reasonable price, and the customer service is outstanding. They certainly have loyal customer in me.

I love the items that I've ordered from Anabaglish and I plan on ordering more in the future. The craftsmanship is impeccable, beautiful, durable, and one-of-a-kind, reflecting their unique blend of the cultures of the U.S. (Portland specifically) and India. My interactions with their customer service team have also been positive. Even better, Anabaglish is a company with a conscience that seeks to contribute to their community (for example, donating part of their profits to Girls, Inc. of the Pacific Northwest). I really delight in the products from this company!

I love their bags! I have ordered 3 handbags from them and they are so unique. The quality of their bags are fantastic for such a reasonable price. I get compliments all the time on each bag. I reached out to Anabaglish with a question about one of my bags and they answered promptly. Would highly recommend Anabaglish!!!

Anabaglish is one of a kind. Their bags are unique, beautifully made, and they produce quality products. I get a lot of complements on my handbags because they are different. Their customer service is also wonderful and quick to respond. I have bought several bags from them and love them all! I also enjoy their social media communication and the deals are always a plus!
