Last week I was passing by the store and saw a dress that I liked in the window. I found that the only sizes in stock didn't fit. It wasn't the fact that I was told that if the dress were specially ordered, I would be obliged to keep it. That was understandable. It was the fact that after trying on the dress, I made eye contact from the back of the store with the two sales women at the front counter, but they were engaged in what seemed to be a social conversation with two other women and would not come to come back to talk with me. On my way out of the store, they didn't mind making a display of their refusal to talk to me about the dress. I don't think that I've ever encountered such rudeness and certainly won't return to the store.
The store gets one point because it had something that I liked.
By the way, I've just ordered the dress from Saks.

Best clothing boutique in Portland! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and will help you find what you need for any occasion. Jennifer is my stylist and has helped me in picking out my outfits for work and video shoots. Everyone always compliments me when I am wearing Adorn!

I had such a great experience shopping here this afternoon. I have struggled so much trying to find comfortable clothing during my pregnancy and lucky for me I can still fit in to a medium/ large summer dress. I'm heading to the coast this weekend and found 2 dresses and 1 jumper that's super comfortable and perfect for this hot weather, and i did it in 30 min. The staff was so warm and friendly. Thank you! This might be my new one stop shop!

Love. This has become my go to first stop if I need (want) something particular- it's a guarantee that I'll find it. Love the cute clothes & the service from all the lovely ladies that work there. It's so nice to have a go to boutique rather then having to roam from store to store, go downtown Portland or (gasp) go to a mall. :) Price range varies. You can find a casual dress for $80 or spend $300 on a gorgeous girly Spring dress. Then of course, shoes, sweaters, workout clothes, amazing jeans, holiday wear, etc. You can find great gifts there as well, water bottles, fun jewelry, cute scarves, etc. Easy parking another bonus!

My new favorite store. Very-well curated selection of high-end, well-priced, minimalist pieces. As small as the shop may be, they hold a wide range of on-trend styles for any age for any occasion, as well as a wide range of sizes, color options, jean styles and fits, and are well-stocked as far as number of any one item. Many similar boutiques I have been to seem to struggle with managing their stock as far as available sizes and colors. We just moved to the area and I'm so happy to have found a spot I can pop in nearby and find exactly what I need without having to go to a big shopping center. Probably to my fiance's chagrin, I will definitely be a frequent customer.

i was on vacation there a weeks ago and it catch my eye this crepe long skirt so i went inside. One of the staffs offer to take the item in the dressing room which is nice so i still shopping around, i was looking this jewelry inside the baskets on the table and i saw one of the staffs spying on me it's very uncomfortable and awkward moment. She thinks i will steal this cheap jewelry.. lolz .. feeling so uncomfortable i rushed to the counter and pay my items. I would not come back and recommend to anyone

Of all the Adorn boutiques in Portland, this may be my favorite location. This store has a lot of items but it's not packed so tightly which enables one to walk around with ease and easily see the merchandise. There is lots of really stylish clothing across a spectrum of prices, so something for everyone's budget. They have a large assortment of jeans, a few pairs of shoes and handbags, scarves, sweaters, dresses, blouses, t-shirts and jumpsuits- they have it all. This visit, the back wall was adorned with several jean jackets, many with fun embellishments, making an Instagram worthy backdrop. Personally, I love the jewelry. Pieces from local artists, national designers, and inexpensive fashion jewelry as well. This visit they had an assortment of "bumblebee" pins that were vintage looking and so fun! There is always a pair of earrings, a necklace, or bracelet that I have to have. On my recent visit, it was a turquoise hair clip that could not be passed up. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They were a bit suspicious as I was taking lots of pics, but in the end realized I was just there to enjoy my shopping experience.
