When we chose Addy/New American Funding, we were pleased to find a team who made us feel like we were a priority. Addy’s team always promptly answered all our many questions and often provided us with additional information we did not think to ask about. Selling and buying a home can be quite stressful. Addy’s team always quickly answered our many texts, emails and phone calls, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed all our interactions with Addy and New American Funding. We came into our house search already pre-approved with our long time financial institution and one other bank when we were introduced to Addy. Addy would run numbers and charts for us instantaneously, no matter the time. We’d have to wait for days to get any of this information from the 2 other banks we were working with. Addy’s responsiveness, transparency, communication, and availability won us over. He never once tried to ‘sell’ us or persuade us to go with him…his work truly spoke for itself. Once we decided to go with NAF, Addy and his team took care of us the whole way through. There were no surprises. He broke down complex jargon and processes for us, all the while showing such genuine compassion for the tough situation we were going through. We’ve never had this kind of experience while purchasing a home. He’s a great communicator and we really can’t say enough about the great experience we had. Thank you so much , Addy!!

10/10 would recommend to anyone buying a home. We just completed a first time home purchase, and Addison was there for us from day one. He walked us through the entire process to set realistic expectations upfront. He was responsive and attentive to all of our needs while providing excellent customer tailored advice on how to manage situations with our best interest in mind. Addison Nett and his team at New American Funding are awesome. They worked extremely hard and were very attentive to my questions and concerns throughout the lending process. Nothing but GREAT things to say about Addy and his team. This was our second experience with a loan officer and let's just say our first experience was far from the expertise and prowless we recieved with Addy. As first time homebuyers, the process was intimidating, but Addison made it buyer friendly to understand and he was always there everytime we had a question. We recommend if anyone is looking for an expert loan officer and an equally qualified team, Addy and his team are who you should consider without a doubt.

Addy was over-communicative throughout the entire process. Even going as far as reaching out to solve issues before they arise. AND reaching out to our realtors for the home-buying process as well as the home-selling process to ensure a smooth experience across the board.

This team is the absolute best and they work so hard to make sure everything keeps moving forward. Moving our family from CA to OR seems like such a daunting task but they made it so seamless and such amazing communication! His loan charts made the math so easy and he was able to give us such fantastic advice throughout the way! 10/10 would highly recommend!
