The employees at this location were very helpful with such pleasant attitudes. Customer service is important at this location! They helped me with a foreign currency transaction, and I am ready for my trip!

It's the holiday season. I am about ready to move my significant other into the house. It's a long drive from where she lives now. I wanted to make sure she's covered on the road. I called a AAA representative in Lake Oswego, whose name is Marla. I asked her to please add this individual. She said if the individual does not live at my house, she cannot add her. I told her I understand she's about to please add her. She said that's not what I implied the line is recorded and she cannot. You think after 20 years of being a AAA member and only using it five times maybe 10 at the max. AAA plus hundred dollars. They would be more concerned about the safety and well-being of an individual traveling along distance. That they would show some compassion. Figured I would leave this review because they are about ready to lose a customer. I asked Marla to please have her supervisor call me. I will let you know if that occurs. And what happens when they do. For the rest of you merry Christmas and happy holidays.

This shop has a good selection of travel gear, luggage, travel accessories and maps. They don't have many auto accessories any longer. They also have some nice folks to answer questions. They offer a discount for AAA members.

AAA Lake Oswego Service Center- office staff with terrible customer service and horrible factual understanding about International Driver’s Permit!I brought my own passport photos hoping to save time and troubles - one of them actually were used in my current US passport without any problem - but they were all “rejected” by Ms. Shawna Drury, the AAA staff that handled the whole procedure and she suggested that I should take pictures in her office, so I paid $15 for the two digital photos. One thing I found out after I got my IDP from this office, I was having my glasses on when she took the picture, I hope the permit won’t cause any problem later in my trip!On the application form, I clearly stated that I will need to drive vehicle of more than 7,700 lbs. I trusted the AAA staff there, so I left the AAA office without knowing that there was only one single “AAA” stamp on “B” under “Vehicles for which the permit is valid”.When I returned to the office, I patiently told her that on my application form, I checked the boxes for an IDP to allow me to drive vehicles of more than 7,700 lbs, without letting me finish my whole sentence, Ms. Drury already started to “educate” me that my license was a “Class C” license, that’s what she had been doing for a long time, and that’s the only “stamp” I can get from AAA, if I need the IDP to have a stamp on “C” - which allow driver to drive vehicle of more than 7,700 lbs. - I will need to apply through the DMV, then DMV will add another “letter” to my driver’s license, although she didn’t even know what “letter” that would be when I asked her about that.Shown with the reasons and logic, Ms. Drury became agitated and insisted on educating me that I should go to DMV and apply for a commercial license if I want to drive vehicles of more than 7,700 lbs and a stamp on “C” - although my “Class C” license clearly stated that I can drive vehicles weight up to 26,000 lbs!The manager finally called for help, she confirmed with the person on the phone that I should get a stamp on “C”. I asked her that whether I was the first one ever in her professional life asking the same question, she confirmed and said not everyone is driving a van like that... I wonder how AAA actually train their staff on the IDP facts, and more importantly, on how to handle something customers asked and they have no idea!

AAA were very helpful and fast service at helping us when our jeep broke down. They answered the phone quickly and kept us informed as to when the tow truck would arrive. The tow truck driver was polite and helpful. And helpful finding a parking space in a very full lot.

It is very convenient to have this travel resource in town. Great place to get your last minute travel needs for an upcoming trip, reasonably priced passport photos, or even an international driver's license.

I met in person with international travel agent in your office. She said she would work on my itinerary and get back to me. It has been one month! I have tried to communicate with her on updates via email, phone and text. She went silent on us. Very disappointed in AAA . Definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

Requested a wheel lift tow. Driver named JUNIOR drove past my PINNED location then said he couldn’t find it & drove away. He called me for directions then hung up in my face. I was simply telling him which building I was in, Im sure the call is recorded. Had to wait an entire hour for another tow truck driver & was 2 hours late for my appointment.

We just returned from Hawaii and the experience we had with AAA was very good! The air travel, condo, activities and car rental all worked out. I will book my next trip with you for sure!

The counter experience was fine. However, I was told before that I had received a phone message about the euros I ordered. No record of such a call. I found out about the order by making another call.

I just got a new car and it broke down and because I didn’t have plates and only a trip permit AAA would not tow my car. These people are a total joke. I will never use AAA again. I will tell everyone I know about this absolutely horrible experience. I plan on posting my story on every social media platform I can think of. Shame on you AAA. I was a loyal customer for years and now I will be on a crusade to tell everyone how bad your service is!!!!!!!
