I see some mention of self- service & no longer being required to give service at gas stations. The law actually requires that 50% of pumps are full serve. Employees have become complacent & lazy thinking customers should pump their own because they can. I know this because I manage a gas station. On behalf of other station owners I apologize.

I See reviews that nobody services gas for customers. For those who don't know as of 2023 gas stations no longer have to have an employee work the pump in Oregon. This gas station is fully self serve. Also the cheapest gas in Lake Oswego.

Worst service. They call it full service but really your savings in gas price is ate up by horrible employees. Will gladly pay the extra at Grimms across the street

Everyone complaining on here need to learn how to pump their own gas, I promise it isn't a hard skill to learn!! Cheapest gas I've encountered in Portland metro, will continue coming here ?

So I went back after yesterday’s experience. where they refused to offer full service.When the guy finally came out, all he did was whine about what did I say last time he was on his lunch break. I could just ask his coworker who was standing there.Obviously, he deserves a lunch break but my question is. Who covers lunch breaks because that’s an optimal time for people to be out & about - trying to gas up their car so it whether it’s on him or on 76 either way it’s not acceptable and it’s illegal.Filed a BBB complaint and a notification to the state of Oregon yesterday. and that was before the employee harassed me.And I called Oregon back today w/update.

I tried to buy gas with coins and I was refused service. The attendant stated they had enough coins. I will never go there again, but rather use the Texaco station across the street.

UPDATE they now are breaking the Law by not servicing the full service pumps.. Leaving customer sitting there for 10 or 15 minutes at least. Gave up and left and saw the guy just sitting in the office doing absolutely nothing.Yes, we are allowed to pump your own gas. But unless we are in the boonies, we are not required to.Have had same male clerk twice & gotten gas neither time because he direct me either to a broken pump or is too busy on his cell phone to pump the gas & I’m not allowed to in Oregon.He is lazy & condescending. Refused to serve me when pulled up to working pump. Have car cam video to prove.

The guy who pumped my gas was right on it and he was really nice and even though it's a little cramped the big truck went right through. Price was almost decent.
