When my friend accidently backed into my car, I called a local body shop that I had used before. Their lack of service led me to call Lafayette Auto Body. I am so grateful for this now.
From the moment I engaged with Lafayette Auto Body I realized that customer service and integrity were a high value for this business. They provided great communication, especially when they uncovered shoddy work done by the previous business I went to.
To better explain the problem, I was invited in to have the situation explained to me in terms I understood.
Bridgett went above and beyond by calling the other body shop, who had really messed things up for me, and let me know that they would not take responsibility for their mistake.
The technicians worked to save me money, and get my car back on the road.
I could not be happier with Lafayette Auto Body. I highly recommend this business for your auto body repairs. Oh, they also repair RV's. Great business in this quaint little town.

Didn't fix it right the first time and charged me again to fix it a second time. Just took me a while to calm down after your shoddy work.

If I could base this review on the personality of the techs and administration staff (Bridgett was very nice), I would give this a better review. Unfortunately, after the first 2 attempts of them telling me my trailer was finished and ready to go, I get there, and it was not ready either time. The second time, if I had not checked the turn signals and tail lights and if the breaks worked, I would have driven off with a faulty trailer. When I came back a 3rd time, the breaks still weren't working, a different tech inspected my car and discovered the electric cables to the car battery were severed. They had 2 opportunities with my car on site to discover the problem, but they didn't and charged me extra on a third attempt. I was glad they found the problem the 3rd time, but I was surprised when Steve decided to charge me more. My problem is that I paid them for the labor of a diagnostic twice, and instead of owning up to fact that they missed a major problem in diagnosis, they wanted me to pay $75 extra for labor and a piece of wire, after charging me $1200 for diagnostics, labor, parts, and their debit card fees. Total time to fix everything: 10 days. I won't be going back.

Helped me in a pinch, truck windshield was leaking water like the great flood. Got my truck in the next day and knocked it out. All my electronics were going crazy, now my truck is nice and dry inside. Thanks for everything!

I was more than happy with Steve and the staff at Lafayette Rv. Bent an axle on my travel-trailer mid-trip, they fit me in and took care of everything in very short order, including finding a place to make an axle when it was going to be two weeks to get one shipped. Great to have such professional and competent people handling what could have been a much more stressful and long-term experience. Thank you guys so much, really appreciate it.Services: Tires

Recently had the windshield replaced on my RV. The experience was the best it could be. Once I contacted them and provided the information needed, they quickly got me the quote. They worked with the insurance company, got the glass ordered and as soon as they had the glass they got me scheduled in. Dropped the RV off on a Wednesday morning and had it back Thursday afternoon. Great people and great service.

First I'd like to let John Adkinson know my experience was similar. So after almost 4 months and told a lie Everytime I called. I had convertible top that needed replaced. Told about a month be they could start. Now they would even cover my car to pervent more damaged. My common sense say that crazy so I covered my car... Now I'm 61 years old.The story gets even better. Joke joke receive the worst customer service ever. My phone battery is about to die. To be continued ...DON'T mess my next review will provide enough evidence how shady this company is. My car was there 4 months no work done and informed my insurance company what was happening and my insurance...Allstate Insurance..... Allsate insurance with no hesitation in having my car removed from Layayette Auto Body the NEXT day to a different shop.This story needs to be told to help others Don"t have to go thru the extreme stress for months as I was preparing .... Myself for major surgery and promised my car would be finish in the time frame. I'm sure Don will remember me. Told him I would be doing a review. I surely hope the owner realize Don action going to cost his business $$ for what happened to my car. WORST.... Word of mouth and Reviews like Mr Adkinson and myself Melonie Carrick will makes others really want to to think twice about using there services.... My cell is about to die... But I will complete the rest of this review.... Just for you Don... I don't lie.

Steve the owner lied to me throughout the entire process. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks.Nope, 4 months with me having to call and check all of the time. Steve could care less about his customers or his reputation. He’s incredibly dishonest with everything he says. Steve, stay in Lake Havasu and jet someone who cares take over.I was told by several employees that my vehicle was getting shoved to the back of the line.This was the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any company.Services: Body & Trim

I was promised pickup dates and lied to every time. He knew I was driving 10 hours round trip to pick it up. I made that drive several times without the truck being ready. Ultimately, I bought a new truck. Steve could care less about his customers or his reputation. He's incredibly dishonest with everything he says. Steve, stay in Lake Havasu and let someone who cares take over. I was told by several employees that my vehicle was getting shoved to the back of the line. This was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with any company.
