This is only my second month but front office staff are fantastic, friendly and accommodating to make sure the customer needs are met. She very thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and what they offer that I may be able to use later on.

Very helpfull. I can walk from my home, right around the corner. Also within a mile of my work. The customer service was top-notch and they offered discounts and everything was really nice.

Would never do business with! closed my storage unit without notice so was charged a no notice fee which was fine, they said they would send me a refund check of the remaining balance. Never got the check so called 3 months later and they said well we only owed you 6$ so figured it wasn't worth it so we just called it even.
