Top notch honest service,
I normally service my own rigs, however this most recent issue was something way over my head. Made an appointment, they found the issue, ordered the parts on Wednesday, my truck was done by Friday. They sent me a video of my truck on the lift doing the inspection. Price was far, service was great. They even stayed a few minutes past closing time so I could pick my rig up. Very nice having a mechanic we can trust. Will definitely be servicing all my rigs here in the future

The name speaks for itself! Look no further go here! Our fire truck broke down while working on a fire in the area and they were able to get us right in. Diagnosed it within a few hours and expedited parts from Michigan had us back on the road in two and a half business days. 100% recommend this shop!

I am not from this area, but work south of LaPine in fire. The air conditioner went out during a long hot spell, so I called Integrity. They quickly fixed my Tacoma and had me back at work in just a few hours. Their customer service is friendly, and they worked well with my situation, i highly recommend them and will use them again in the future, if need be.

Was vacationing near LaPine, Oregon during the first week of July 2024. Pulling my travel trailer with my 2018 Toyota Tundra, we noticed the oil pressure was very low. On checking the oil leve, I found no oil on the dipstick.Friends who were with us, went in to Bend and purchased 2 gallons of oil for me. The capacity of the oil tank was 8 quarts, and I used 7 quarts to bring the level up on the dipstick. I knew I needed to find out what was going on, and at a minimum I knew there was an oil leak. I was able to get several recommendations from other campers for Integrity Auot Services in LaPine. Contacted them by cell phone, determined that the vehicle was drivable for a short distant, and took it in early the next morning. The Service Manager, Kyle, had one of his mechanics do a visual inspection and they found a Crack in the housing for the oil filter. They had the parts on hand, fit me into their very busy schedule, replaced the filter housing, installed new oil and filter, did a test run/inspection, and said I was good to go. In total, the cost of the repair was less then $200.
I can't be happier with the service I was provided by Integrity Auto Services. Kyle was top notch, and he and his company more than lived up to their companies name - Integrity!

They some how made a brand new water pump granade and sent shrapnel all threw the engine bay destroying a brand new radiator, belts, and other parts! They called me to come see the damage and then charged me $1800!!
I took the truck home after they did the damage, and I replaced the parts again. After replacing the parts the truck motor started knocking.

Kyle at Integrity was fantastic! They got my pickup in, he fought with the insurance on our behalf, fixed it and got it back to us in 4 1/2 days. The work was great and it runs like it did when I bought it. Thank you!

I had one of the best customer service experiences with Integrity Auto. I was towing a travel trailer from Portland to Sunriver when my Chevy Silverado started vibrating rather significantly halfway through the trip. I called Integrity Auto and spoke with Roland who was sympathetic to my situation since my family and I were so far from home. He advised me to come in the next day which was the Friday on a holiday weekend and they would see what they could do. When I arrived the next morning they worked me in to an already full schedule. I believe Jeremy, the owner was also there that day to help out. My truck was fixed within 2 hours for a very reasonable price. I can't thank the crew at Integrity Auto enough for getting me back on the road and able to enjoy my vacation stress free. I highly recommend Integrity Auto if you need service .
