Went in and had to get a new phone due to mine having the speakers went out and it was cheaper to go the new phone route like asap type deal. And the manager Jimmy hooked me up I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Best manager iv ever delt with hands down

Extremely disappointed in the customer service made the payment for our phones and then they say we are shutting your phones off due to non payment. I will be switching as soon as I get my phone paid off!

My review is not aboutUS Cellular in it's entity. Its about what really makes us, the customers happy.The employees, aka, the team & it's management at the La Grande Oregon store.Good cellular phone service is a dime a dozen. Good management is not. Until you come here, theLa Grande store, where you actually have both.The employees at this store know their product & treat you as if you're their only customer.That comes from good leadership. Here, their leadership comes from Eric, the store manager. Eric is on a complete higher level than I've experienced in any type of store/service managment.If there's any issue with your account, Eric and/or the team, works diligently for you, to fix the issue and keeps at it until the issue is resolved in a positive manner. ?His leadership & team is why your search should end here, at theLa Grande location for a great consumer experience & product.Truly the very best in customer service & loyalty. ?

They will add charges on without telling you. Charged us 200 dollars for 2 phones so I called them and they couldn’t explain why they were charging 200 but told me my bill will be 100 now. Horrible would not recommend to anyone!!!

Customer service and management here is a joke.I went and to get service had already had a phone and there was a problem and they said they would call me at the end of that week they never did and it's been 2 weeks ago I am going to be filing a complaint against them against the store... Especially if I'm not honored the special that I was promised when I went in the store the first time.

Never managed to speak to anyone or even get past the first part of their automated call response, it just pretends to transfer you and then repeats the answering message.

I ordered a phone and was told they would have it in two weeks, figured that was plenty of time to get a phone, two weeks later had to contact them to see if my phone had arrived, nope, then was basically ignored with no updates forthcoming unless I called them, third week in and no phone and they finally they thought of checking other store in Oregon and Washington, haven’t heard back from them which I consider to be rude and incompetent.

Last month I was told to come in earlier than what I usually do because I was switching my plan and I had a credit for referring a friend. Well I went in to pay new bill and niethr people knew what to do so I wasn't able to pay my bill. Now I have to go back in 2moro and see what they found out. There was no manager and no Eric there 2day to explain what I was told. Eric was the one who helped me last month n told me just to come in when it was time. I really don't have the gas to go back n forth n I need my pH cause of my job

Trust, of course, is a vital part of stability in any relationship. And you come from the "don't know 'em , can't trust 'em" school of thought. Take that phone of hers for example. All of those contact names of people you don't know and haven't approved of. How often is she talking to guys on there? What's she talking about with them when you're not around? Are they coming on to her? Is she flirting a little with them? I bet you that's what's happening. Well, you're the one running the ship here and aren't going to put up with that kind of disrespect. You already have to keep a watchful eye on her and clamp down when she wants to do her own thing. The solution for you is simple: force her to change that phone number and make her kick these unknown fringe contacts to the curb. Nah, she won't get resentful at all. In fact, she'll probably THANK you for being so mindful and concerned about her! And the best place to get that plan in motion is right here. The process is quick and painless and done with top-notch service. And unlike that Verizon store across the parking lot, they won't try to deceive you on here by hiring people with one or two "reviews" to write obviously phony glowing reviews about specific employees. You might not be able to fully trust the lady in your life, but you can trust U.S. Cellular to help you exert the control you demand for a more stable relationship.
