Sad to say after meeting such an awesome representative of Legacy who showed us a great truck and offered zero pressure for us to go and think about it this rep returned to school and was unable to assist us when we were ready. After I contacted the dealer again for more information with the truck since the previous rep was not available to assist we were paired up with Nate Jefferies. Can't say I was pleased with him or displeased with him as an individual. My girlfriend is from La Grande, she warned me not to do business with them there are far too many horror stories. We had a great exp with the first rep decided okay. I decided to try and finance on my own, unsure I'd qualify because of a bankruptcy in the last 3 years. I specifically told the dealer send to Hapo, if not approved go to my pre-approved loan with my GF at P1FCU. I was not approved alone, again instructed to P1FCU. The bank stated they were over on how much could be loaned. I told the dealer, drop your price to the max the bank approved or I will return the truck. They took this as send my credit to other creditors and find one that approves at their higher price. After several hurt feelings phone calls and texts the dealer complied with my wishes to complete the deal and reduced their price to meet P1FCU price. I've purchased from many dealerships, including Corwin Ford (I highly recommend them over these dudes, they are solid!) I am torn 75 % of me knows I should have walked away. 25% of me was satisfied with the deal once everything was said and done, I will never return to this dealership again though nor refer anyone to it.

Auto dealer fraud was committed by this dealership. We were able to complete a full sign-and-drive transaction through their website. They appraised my trade-in and checked our credit. Ford Credit fully approved our application. We were scheduled to pick up the truck and sign any remaining documents. We detailed the trade-in, drove two hours, arranged to have cash on hand for a cash down payment, and I even chose to forgo the purchase of an amazing 2022 Tesla, which has since been sold, because my partner fell in love with this truck. We tried calling, but the internet sale's person was unavailable. we inquired on their website for that specific truck and received an email response stating from the internet sale's manager" Let's make a deal!" and if we wanted more information regarding the truck; we already read everything so we decided to "make a deal! We completed steps outline from sale's manager email to complete the credit application and set up pick up for the vehicle via their website. When we arrived an hour early for our scheduled pickup, we were greeted with cold looks and extremely rude behavior, in my opinion. We were informed that these trucks were being sold at a substantial premium over MSRP and that the truck in question was unavailable (at first, it was due to a customer order, then it was damaged, etc.). Even though we've completed all the paperwork for it and we're there to pick it up via their own system, but we were informed luckily that they had two more available for $119,000. The truck is listed at a price of $61,000 (which is still on their website for that price and availability). This is a classic example of false advertising, bait-and-switch, and other misleading practices. The amount of inconvenience and impact to our credit from losing out on two vehicles, losing out on the trade-in (I had the option to sell it but wanted to use it as a trade-in), having to take off work so we could drive two hours away and detail the car is inexcusable... and then, when we finally get there, the audacity of being pressured into buying another vehicle that was not the same color and was nearly $60,000 more expensive put everything over the top. I am going to contact the attorney general, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau.

Buyers should beware Jason sold my dad a 75k pick up. Jason said was a demo pick up and that it was 1000 miles away and they were in the process of getting the pick up to la grande. The package/features Jason told my dad the pick came with it were not on the pick up that was delivered. My dad phoned Jason, and was told the owner would get back to him about this but the owner never called and Jason hang up on my dad. Be very careful purchasing anything from this dealership.

We were referred to this dealership to find a truck with a budget of around $41k. My husband ended up texting back and forth with a sales guy in regard to a specific truck on their website. We couldn't work out a price that worked for us. Which is fine. My husband hadn't erased the text thread, and our three year old got ahold of his phone. Needless to say it was a bunch of random letters with a picture of a shark ..... the guys response was "Who are you, you fucking douche. Beat it nerd." Is this FOR REAL? I will NEVER do business with this dealership or anyone affiliated with it. This behavior is absolutely disgusting, and beyond unprofessional.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Skylar Williams was our car salesmen and he was great! He never tried to pressure us into anything, he was super friendly and laid back. I highly recommend Legacy Ford if you're in the market for a new car and I definitely recommend asking to work with Skylar.

Good Legacy Ford in LaGrande came to our rescue. Traveling from Colorado to Washington in the rain windshield wiper broke and they fixed it immediately and we're so grateful

If I could I would have made this a zero star review. This was my third time coming to legacy ford to look at something and all three of my experiences have been utterly garbage. the first time they kept me in their office for more than 4 hours running as many programs as they could to try to force me into an above market ford focus with well over 100,000 miles on it, even after i said multiple times it wasn't for me. The second time they blatantly lied to me when I asked if a Subaru had been modified (id had been and poorly at that), and said that its title was clean when in fact it had been in several accidents and was on a rebuilt title. This most recent one, when they ran me and my girlfriends credit after another two hours in their building, they promised it would hit as a hard inquiry only once. When we checked today we now have 10 new hard inquiries on our credit and our scores took a drastic dive, and when we called to see why it happened we got nothing but a "that sucks" from the dealership. This was also after I had said repeatedly that I wanted to check with my insurance company before deciding to make the purchase. Needless to say I will not be buying anything to feed these consignment sharks wallets in the future. This has been one of, if not the worst car lot i have ever been to.

Every experience I've had with Ford is a bad one, from just the other day to a little over a year ago nothing has changed. When we asked to see vehicles less than 5,000 we were treated like garbage. Have had salesperson ignore our questions and even leave us to do a test drive on our own. The one time we did almost buy a car (It was more than a year ago) it took HOURS! We still left empty handed. I told them it was impossible for me to get a loan as I had no credit. But they kept us there for forever anyways even though we had already expressed that we wanted to leave. If you want a good experience I would recommend the other guys auto sales on Adams in lagrande. They are friendly, don't pressure you into anything and don't make you sit down for 5 hours to make something work. They take care of business and call you when they are done. On top of it all, they treat you as an equal and will have an actual conversation with you.

Not at all happy with your service dept. We brought our flex in & was told you needed to order parts. You said you would call us within a week. No call until close to 2 weeks later. The guy calls my husband & tells him, "we have your parts, are you bringing in your car so we can install them". My husband was very irritated, as though it was our fault we were suppose to bring in car. Told it would be 2 days to fix. Took it Tues am & now after we called you, were told another part had to be ordered & now wont get car at end of day today, as told. Now it won't be ready till sometime tomorrow. The communication at this service dept is very bad. This has happened before, where no one lets us know whats going on & we have to call every time to see whats up with our vehicle. You seemed surprised in the past when my husband doesn't give a good review to the Ford Company. Well here it is, again it won't be a good review.

Horrible!! People more worried about lining their pockets. We have good credit and they jerked us around for 2 days straight. We live 4 hours away and then came back 2 days later and we need a co signer?! Also my boyfriend was dealing with 1 car salesman and i was dealing with another. Guess theu cant communicate it wad all about $$$ and who was going to get the deal. We went to Utah and found a better truck lower miles and about $8,000 cheaper. Shop around before you get screwed by ford!!

We drove from GRESHAM!!!!!! We had been looking for a 2500 Suburban or Yukon XL, or Denali/Denali XL (used). 3/4 tons are hard to find!!!! A silver 2012 Burb 2500 showed up on their website (through cargurus.com), but no pictures. Amanda Long was nice enough to send us detailed pictures, including ANY defect she could find in the body. She spoke with us ahead of time to make sure this vehicle was going to be worth our 4 hour drive!!! We were not disappointed, and drove this beaut home! This is one of our top 5 sales experiences! Amanda is AWESOME!!

Great customer service. Knew what I wanted and did not try to sell me a higher priced pickup. Great price and best of all friendly people willing to do what it takes to make you willing to return for another car. I have bought all my cars here and have never been disappointed.

Broke down in LA Grande, pulled into the Ford dealership. No one was overly friendly, etc. Had them do diagnostic, which cost 100 bucks,of which they didn't find everything.Said they could fix it for $700,of which $500 was for labor???? Huh? Called around, found someone to do it for $287,total! What a total rip off this dealership is! Its one thing to rip me off but when I asked is that normal labor charges,he said all the shops charge this around here.Wrong! I will be sending a letter to Ford to report terrible business practices. Very sad, cause everyone else in LA Grande was super nice. Service dept.wake up! You give your town a bad name.

We were stuck on the side of the highway on New Year's day. Badly needed a part and walked in. Salesman: young, jeans, dark hair, camo jacket. Let me know that the parts dept. was closed. It was 14°F outside, it was a very simple part used on all ford vehicals, and he said "can't help you, bye" I mentioned the side of the road and simple part detail and got a "no way we can help" before he turned and walked away. No, 'let me call someone..? No, 'Do you need a tow?' I was a little stunned. I walked back out into the cold, took a taxi to a hotel as all the other part stores were closed in town. I wish I could give no stars.

I second that thanks for your generous offer to help the survivors of the bus crash and tragedy. Outstanding to Chris Huxoll at Legacy (mentioned in the news article), way to make us proud and impress everyone. I wish I could buy my next car from Legacy.
