“Takes them over a week to install my internet. A week later it suddenly stopped working, it took the technician three days to come out and fix it, however he couldn't find the problem, so another technician had to come the next day. A month later the internet stopped working again, it took three days for them to come out again, though this time the technician said that the problem was on their end and that he had to go back to the office to fix it. The next day the internet was restored and the technician sent me a text that read ": )" 10/10, every frustrating thing is now forgiven because I got some 40 year old technician to text me a smiley face.”
