Terrible customer service. They essentially have a monopoly on real estate in the county... they wouldn't be in business if there was another title company there.

I often have to contact Title Companies in order to get information for Appraisals I am working on. Eastern Oregon Title has always been very fast in getting the information to me, and today was no exception. Thank you for the information that you provide me, and the speed with which you've provided it. I truly appreciate it! Dan

Terrible customer service and ridiculous wait times. They have taken 8 WEEKS and they’re still not done with the home title. Our whole move (our buyers, they’re buyers, our new house, our cross-country U-Hauls, etc.) is being delayed, at our expense because these guys are being unreasonably slow. I work at a pizza restaurant and we will stay till 5am to get our work done when need be (5 days a week) for minimum wage, so there’s absolutely no excuse for EO Title to be taking this long for something so important as a home title. If you’re more busy, you work harder and longer to get the job done in a timely manner; you should never pass on the struggle to a well-paying customer.If EO Title wasn’t the only option in La Grande, they wouldn’t be in business because their service is this bad.

Where to start? On 10/31 I went to pick up a legal description for a property I am in the process of purchasing, and in attempting to pay I am told I need to go across the street to the GAS STATION to get change?! At that point I figured maybe someone had just not been out to get change for the day, not too big of a deal. What ultimately lead me to this review was the service I received at the drive thru window as I returned with my change. Never have I ever handed and invoice to a company and exact change for matching invoice and been told “I have no idea what you’re trying to do”Needed to vent, had to share. Hope this place makes much needed improvements with their staff.

Very rude and not helpful Rhonde writes rude comments on statement then when you call to ask she gets all mad and hangs up. Have had no problems with anyone else.
