My wife contacted Eagle Cap about a new rental property and it took more than 24 hours for them to return her call. On top of that, the individual was extremely rude and would only say that there were multiple applications already submitted. While I understand that this rental market is extremely competitive, there is no call for responding to potential clients in a manner which does not shine a very favorable light on your business. And I would be less inclined to contact you in the future.

If I could give them a negative -100 I would. They lie, I was without hot water for 3 years,and NO water pressure. Paint fell off the walls in 2 foot sections, carpet was never cleaned. Rosa and others were slum lords. They were rude, raised my rent $95.00 every year but not others. Singled me out to raise my rent. I am disabled and they tried to evict me because I had a medical service animal. We went to court and I won. They were the worst company I have ever worked with. Go somewhere else. Never took care of building or apartments.Here is and EDIT in review of their response.The did not respond with accurate and truthful information. They made up their own version of the truth with lies

I had a great experience working with these folks. Everyone at the office was kind, helpful, and sincere. You can just tell when people actually care about others instead of just making a buck. They answered all my questions honestly, never pressured in the slightest, and even went over and above to accommodate my special needs. These days with so many shady rental companies, it's not too common to find one that's run by honest and caring people. If you're looking for that kind of experience, I recommend coming here.

Anna Goodman, the principal broker, is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient with my pickiness. Through her, I was able to find a great house in La Grande and get an offer accepted. That is NOT an easy thing to do in this market. Highly recommended.

Shared everything openly and honestly with them regarding our barriers and possible negative marks on our credit score and they still acted like it was the greatest travisty to the human race to have witness the horror or our credit reports. Obviously we were denied. They acted like they were willing to work with us to help us get housed but that was not the case. If you have ANYTHING in your past these aren't the guys to look past it.

While waiting on accurate rental history, Century 21 agent Amanda led me to believe I had time to get info to her, but the property manager rented out from underneath me. Find a different housing placer in my opinion, don't deal with lies. This put a huge strain on me.

There was nothing terribly wrong with the apartment, though given the stuff I found under the baseboard heaters when I moved in, the place wasn't cleaned very well before I occupied it.The carpet was a mess and ready to be replaced; I said I wanted the old carpet because I've got a dog, so why not wait to replace it until I leave?But when I left, even though they acknowledged that there was no damage AT ALL to the unit, I was charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for "cleaning", including a carpet that was meant to be torn out.Significantly, the paperwork they provided for cleaning services bore no professional marks. There was an illegible name handwritten at the top, unspecified 'deep cleaning' on the invoice, and then a series of charges that had been added up, then crossed out and higher figures written in.That's right. The invoice had been altered in order to take up the entirety of my deposit. I would have OWED money, had it not been for the additional pet deposit I had paid.So basically, beware. I left a clean apartment with, by their own assessment, NO DAMAGE and they still kept over 100% of the cleaning deposit.

I rented from Century 21 for 2 years and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They never fix the pool or the stuff in the rental. They are not very professional. I would not recommend these rentals to anyone. They are here to find a way to take your money. I moved out and the over changed me on the cleaning and etc. please do not do business with them because they will screw you over at the end. But if you do, good luck.
