Matt and Ryan were both professional and exceptional at their jobs. I went into get a new phone upgrade, and they were knowledgeable, and found a plan that slightly lowered my monthly bill.

Matthew was very polite and professional. He kept me informed with each step I needed to take. He even told me I had time to go eat lunch as my data upload! He also showed me a few new tricks on my new phone!

Very mixed review on service. Bought three phones from two ladies working in the store a year ago and had excellent service from people who had great customer service attitudes. Stopped by today to buy more product and the guys working in the store had no sense of customer service. I left without buying anything. Very disappointed.

AJ was super friendly and easy to talk to. She explained all of the details about what to expect on my upcoming bills, which I really appreciated. The staff seemed to work really well together. I honestly felt like I received the best deal I could have.

Horrible customer service - would have had me running to Medford to simply unlock a Verizon sim card on a new iphone. - The store on S. 6th complete opposite - was more than happy to help me & no FAKE $39.99 charge for NO SERVICE. The owner of this store better wake up to his employees antics!
