Update. I was flagged because I'm a born again Christian. Has anyone else had their bank take money from their account here in Klamath falls? If yes please contact me I'm in process of seeking a civil rights attorney! Yeah!!! We must expose what the government is doing to remove our civil liberties, and US Bank I think in my case your staff collectively jumped my back WITHOUT first investigating to see that I'm absolutely no threat whatsoever. I do not support don the con so see you in court (my former banker of 20 years that soon will be named in a very public lawsuit. Bye

It's probably a good bank I only used the ATM. Only had 1 ATM working.

I entered the lobby around 3:30 with 7 people waiting in line. There were two tellers working. Both were exceedingly slow. I waited 45 minutes to complete a 2 minute transaction for my elderly mother in law. When I left, there were still many very irritated patrons waiting. I appreciate good service, this was worse than horrible. I'm grateful this isn't MY bank.

It's 11:00 am on a Monday. Both ATM's out of order. No signs on the machines to tell you that they are not working. Inside 1 teller is working. Waited 20 minutes in line after wasting 10 minutes on the ATM's. I asked why there were no signs posted on the ATM's and the manager replied that the repair service was coming. I told him that by not posting the signs that he is wasting everybodies time and leaving us all wondering what is wrong with our cards. During my 20 minute wait he managed to put up signs. I also expressed my displeasure to the teller and her reply was that there will never be more than 1 teller because they are going digital. I give a 1 star rating because at least this time the lobby was open.

Great people! 24/7 access ATMs and customer service over the phone. Digital banking easy to use, secured and reliable.

Can’t get through on the phone to ask a simple question, can’t leave a message to ask for a return phone call. It’s a 30 mile round trip to drive into town, stand in line and then be told I have to make an appointment to talk to someone. Called the 800# for help - they wanted to make an appointment for a return phone call. Next appointment FOR A PHONE CALL is TWO WEEKS. Referred some friends there the other day - they waited in a long line only to be told they had to make an appointment to open a simple checking account and to just do it online. Been with US Bank 30 years. Might be time for a change.

Just do your job its literally so easy when a computer does 90% of the work for you. Like bankers are the one of the most lazy workers in the 21st century. You're just as lazy as warehouse workers for the postal service when you literally have one job, click.

During business hours didn’t have the training to set up an account, and had multiple staff members working.

I drove my mother to the bank in order to pick up her temporary ATM card, which had to be issued due to one never being sent to replace an expiring card. I was wearing a mask, as I always do when using a drive-through. The employee seemed annoyed that I was wearing one and asked me to remove it. I pulled it down and repeated myself, speaking sufficiently loud and enunciating my words, something witnessed and confirmed by my mother. I was told again that she couldn't understand me. After repeating myself a third time and not being understood, I asked, civilly, if I could speak to another person. Funnily enough, this she had no problem hearing. The other employee was immediately hostile towards me and demanded that I remove the mask. Once I mentioned the branch manager's name, who had issued the temporary card, she was finally polite and gave over the card quickly. Whether this treatment was discriminatory against mask wearing or due to a faulty intercom or both, it was unacceptable. I worked a drive-through job for two years. If the equipment for drive-through communication needs improvement, this should not be blamed on the customer.

Does not follow posted hours of operation. Signs posted next to each other have different hours posted. Closed when they are supposed to be open. Able to see people inside but no one can enter. On November 12 the branch was closed. Came today and the sign said it was open at 9am. Another sign next to it says 930 am. Tried to call and get an appointment and still on hold waiting - it has been 15 minutes so far. Checked yelp and the branch is only open 6 1/2 hours Monday through Friday and they won't let anyone in unless they have an appointment. This has been a problem for at least 18 months. Is the branch closing? Is US bank going under? Why is there a problem with being able to talk to someone in the bank? Looking into other banks and found out that one branch for us bank closed and BOA closed. Still on hold waiting to schedule that appointment.

Had to go through drive through. Informed them there was going to be a large purchase made and asked if debit card would work for the purchase they said yes but it did not and required a trip back to the bank to resolve. Inconvienent.
