“While I still have low sentiment surrounding communication between shop and front I'd like to state the owner called and it's refreshing to observe this mans ownership is not just in name.I see his side of things and likely would have done things similarly only to be foiled by <sigh> someone trying to keep customers happy and handing over keys prior to having a deeper understanding of what going on. My gramma used to say, "The road to hell is paved w/ good intention".This shop is willing to stand by it's work if something goes gunnybag, the owner proved that to me today. Even though we started out with a 1 star, I'm bumping it to 5 after today.”
