“My boyfriend and I live in a bus full time. While visiting Crater Lake National Park on Saturday night, our bus broke down. Thankfully we had just enough service to make a phone call to Hughes, whose number was provided by a park ranger. Since it was late on a Saturday and the park ranger already ok’d us to camp overnight where we had broken down, Hughes said he would be there first thing in the morning to come get us and tow us to a recommended mechanic in Klamath Falls. Sure enough he was there bright and early! On the way out of the park, the dense fog/haze made it near impossible to see 20 feet in front of you. We felt more than comfortable/reassured when he wasn’t bothered by this at all! He got us to town safely and promptly all for a very reasonable price! And the mechanic he recommended, we would now recommend too. Incredible experience and conversation with Hughes Towing!!”

“Thank you Travis! This guy went above and beyond to get me back on the road. He was super friendly on the phone and he had to work on my tire in the snow. He made a trip to buy a valve stem for me so I wouldn't have to wait 3 hrs for a tow with the flatbed. Also, Tuffy got us home safe last night when we broke down. Thank you gentlemen.”
