“I was very pleased with my experience at Airport RV Storage. I rented a 10 X 17 unit for a year at a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent; people were friendly, respectful, and helpful. Paperwork is simple and clearly defines what you need to know as a renter. I appreciated that it was reviewed with me before I signed. The unit was clean and in good condition and the lock system was first class; simple to use and very secure. Access to the grounds is easy for renters and not so easy for intruders and there are security cameras throughout the property. I appreciated that there was a way to pay my monthly rental fee whether the office was open or not. Overall, I found this company a great place to do business!”

“I don't store anything here but I did call and they're full and I can see why. The lady was super sweet and informative. Didn't act like I was "bothering" her which surprisingly isca normal b reaction anytime you call any business so that was refreshing. . I have a storage unit in town and it's fine but it's not actually my unit. I'm just being allowed to store stuff there and it's a little uncomfortable . Anyway, I'd use them in the future if they have any available units.”

“The employee were good. But get better quality wire fore your trailers. I was towing in the dark and the back lite totally stopped working on the tow dolly. I had to stop and turne on the hazard light on the car being towed so i would not cosse a wreck.(At least i was almost home by then.) Low quality wiring... I know it can happen some time but wiring need to be inspect better before you rent the equipment. Other than that the tow dolly was mint (in extremely good condition) and the tire seem new.”

The owner Brian helped me get registered an directed me to the large storage unit I had rented. The unit was easily accessible an very clean. I feel my stored possession are safe at Basin Storage. The prices were a good value for such a large unit.”
“Very nice and helpful staff. The price is right. The only negative is the interior of the units. They’re kind of old, with old wooden floors. I was told mice get into some of them, and water leaks in some of the units. But I had my things there for about 9 months and found no evidence of mice or water leaks… just a heads up.”
