Absolutely rude pharmacist- she yelled at my because she said she ran my insurance 2 times and it didn't work and I yelled her back that it was her job. Guess what? 3rd time she tried, it went through. Told the manager, they didn't care too much just said the pharmacist was stressed and was a temp. Guess that gives her every right to say No to putting my insurance in and yelling at me. She is also wearing a mask so whenever she speaks you can't even hear you and she does even look at you when she talks. On top of that she had a heavy British accent. So I couldn't understand what she was mumbling under her mask until she yelled at me. It was my first time using the Rite aid pharmacy. I won't ever be going back. I've heard multiple rude complaints about this pharmacy. Must be the reason why it only has 2 stars and is only head down from there.

Came 3 days in row to pick up prescription. Tell me come back. Come back is still not ready. This is the worst source i've ever seen in any rite

Courteous, dependable, knowledgable and helpful pharmacy staff. The online reminders and refills are great, and the notice that my prescription is ready. Refills are fast, and wait times at the pharmacy have been minimal.
When I was unsure how to qualify for diabetic monitoring equipment with my insurance they just took my information and made it happen. Awesome and thank you.

Been in a couple times, both times I was greeted with friendly staff, and was asked if I needed help finding anything (both times I needed help finding things, the staff were very quick and pleasant in helping me). I got what I needed both times and got out quickly! Can't complain. I have called one time to see if they had something in stock, and they answered, were friendly, but didn't have it in stock. There was no worries because it was not a commonly stocked item that I even really expected them to have, but it was worth a shot. At least they answered and were nice about it! Anyways, I'm happy, and I know my coworkers love this store and the staff! Will be coming back!

We needed to buy some emergency pen needles to tie us over till Wednesday. The lady in the pharmacy told me they were $60 for 100 pen needles when they normally sell for $7 to $9 bucks for 100 pen needles. Rite Aid is a greedy corporation, price gouging 850% is unnecessary. Corporations like rite aid are the problem with this country. Do better.
