I just want to say how amazing the staff is at Power PAC, I’ve been going to them since I relocated here, and will continue to do so for whatever I may need to get the job done. Truly appreciate good people in this town, and these are some of them! Look no further, Power PAC will 99% of the time have what you’re looking for! Mr. Mauch, who said he was the owner, but couldn't provide me with a business card, was extremely rude. He blamed us for the fact that his equipment didn't work. I will never patronize this business again.

The staff at the location were awesome! The equipment was in top condition. The staff made sure there was no hassle hooking up and getting on my way. When I returned the equipment again no hassle I truly appreciate the convenance and ease of the location. I would recommend this place to all who are in need of your rentals equipment services. Once again this year the team at Power Pac braved the usual cold and blustery weather! Klamath Snowflake Festival depends upon Power Pac to set up a canopy with sidewalls, heater, lighting and the generator on Parade night. Mario was polite, friendly and patient while contending with the chill, the sideways snow, the people asking questions. Reasonable price, they set up everything, took down everything and did it all with a smile.

Klamath Snowflake Parade night was cold, snowy, windy. Two gentlemen set up our rentals with a smile. One of the generators stopped. Jeff came out on slick roads to troubleshoot, then went back to the shop to get different equipment. Thank you so much for making sure we had light and heat!
