The lady here is super pushy and rude. She acts like there is a super tight schedule despite like 2 people being in the building. She beat on the door and told me to hurry up like 15 seconds into my pee while still not even half way done yet. I hope I never have to come back, even the lobby music is terrible.

The front desk receptionist was very abrupt and rude. Just a friendly reminder that your establishment is not the only testing facility in town and we as employees do communicate with our employers on how well we are treated in such establishments.

I really don’t like to write reviews like this, but the lady who owns this business is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was afraid to ask questions because she was so short with me and other customers. She was also confusing with directions. I would not recommend using this facility.

The receptionist was very rude when I asked a question. She was very loud and had no consideration that there was more people sitting in the lobby and I felt shunned and embarrassed. She has no professionalism what so ever! Very disappointed at this place. Didn't even get my labs done!

The lady that owns this place, Tammy, is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. She acts like your business is a huge inconvenience to her, God forbid she has to do something. She didn't even do her job right as I tried to explain I have prescription medications and she said it was irrelevant. This lady is clueless.
