Great experience! We gave them very little notice for renting a trailer, but the online process went smoothly, and they were prepared for us when we arrived at the facility. We also appreciated their pleasant and professional attitude.

Convenient location. Huge parking lot. Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Never really gets crowded. Excellent service. Easy in, easy out. I'm new to town and needed to buy a washer and dryer--Thanks for the rental!

Just want to say I don't know why there are bad reviews for this place. We have used them twice and they are light years better than any other UHaul place we have used. Prompt and courteous and have the equipment we needed.
