Great experience! We gave them very little notice for renting a trailer, but the online process went smoothly, and they were prepared for us when we arrived at the facility. We also appreciated their pleasant and professional attitude.

Got pulled over for the trailer having a brake/turn signal light out. Now we get to wait to have it fixed tomorrow. Priceless.

Don't rent from u-haul!!!!! I paid for insurance and explained where I was going and they billed me for the tow when the uhaul got stuck on a mountain. Not sure what I paid insurance for?? the bill was enough money to buy my own truck don't rent from uhaul they are cons.
