“Our customer service gentleman was wonderful! He had long black hair, but I didn't catch his name. Our goal was three trade ins and he had as set up in about an hour! He was so nice, friendly and helpful, and never pushy about selling us more than what we asked for! Even recommended we check Walmart for cases instead of there (as I wanted a pretty one and they didn't have that), but we did choose to buy and have screen protectors installed, and I mentioned I tend to pick at bubbles, and he did his absolute best on all of them, even showing me how to fix the small bubbles I had in mine, and allowing me to do it! (I'm a 16 y/o girl, curious and nerdy about tech) he was amazing and made the whole experience wonderful!”
