Honestly 0 stars. I hate having FedEx deliver my packages and unfortunately in the last 2 months I’ve had 3 and every time my package has been “attempted” and I wait by the door for no reason, you never see them coming. No ring on the door bell. Not even a knock at the door. Do better! I’m tired of waiting multiple days for the same package and am now waiting the whole weekend for my phone to be delivered.???

If I could give 0 starts I would. I custom ordered something three months ago, fed ex delivered it to the wrong address, on the wrong side of the road. Before I get to the neighbor to get it fed ex comes back and picks it up and “re delivers” to the “correct address” false I still don’t have it. Customer service tells me to file a claim and use my refund to order another one. Mind you I have 3 separate chewy auto ships that fed ex delivers, so they are at my house minimum 3 times a month. I am on a main road, and my house sits right off the road. The lack of concern to help me, and lack of customer service was astounding.

Employees have changed their driving habits for the better. Employees in their personal cars use our "NO THRU TRAFFIC STREET MUCH SAFER AND COURTESY GIVEN TO PEOPLE EXERCISING ON THIS STREET IN A SAFE MANNER." EVEN THEIR BIG TRUCK IS COURTEOUS.. THANKYOU FED EX FOR SLOWING DOWN..MUCH APPRECIATED. ??????

Prior to writing this review I wasn't surprised to see the many negative comments posted about them. This will likely have no consequences for FedEx but it's therapeutic for me to vent. I'll make it short, FedEx makes the USPS seem like a well run organization. From top to bottom FedEx is the worst delivery service in business . They seem to excel at giving the least amount of care and effort handling packages. I have not seen a company so inept at everything they do. I wouldn't use there service . It's flawed in each and every facet. Minus 20 stars total failure , that's it folks. You've been warned.

Someone call a scientist because we have found something faster than the speed of light. It’s a FedEx driver “attempting” to deliver my package. They were so fast they “attempted” my package delivery while I was sitting by my front door and I didn’t even see them! It was so amazing I had to witness it a second time the next day when they “attempted” my delivery again! 10/10 speed, 0/10 effectiveness. If you want to never receive your package, or if you just wanna witness this scientific breakthrough yourself, be my guest and use FedEx.

Took my package all the way to Tuliatin, Oregon and called and said it didn't have a bar code on it. They couldn't scan it. It has postage paid & the name & address where it was to be delivered, but they couldn't because of NO BAR CODE!!! Called back up DirecTV for a bar code. They couldn't send me one. ONLY on an empty box!!! If the driver would have waited 3 minutes, he could have taken it back with him. NOPE!!! He had to come back again the next day to pick it up!!!

My packages twice this week were left at my gate. Once during a snowstorm. Today, just tossed on the sidewalk over the gate. The old driver always put the on my covered porch!! Not okay.

Thank you to driver today at 2:27 p.m. entering South Sixth Street from the strip mall from Home Depot, for nearly running my mother and I off the road, then passing us in a 45 mph zone going 55-65 mph to get to this distribution center. When you enter a roadway you should not enter the far lane that has a car in it, basic driving rule.

I have ordered a phone twice. Both times it has been sent with FedEx. Both times my phone number on the package. Both times the package has been marked non delverable. I spent an hour on hold 3 time's yesterday. The last time finally thought my package would be delivered the next day. No luck what is the point of putting a phone number on the package if the company won't call to fix the problem with the delivery.
