I went into the shop today and both women the one that's been working there that reeks of cigarettes which by the way makes it really hard to go in there considering I've been trying to quit cigarettes for years now. But her and the new employee were outside having a break less than 2 hours from opening.. after I got what I needed and got into my car put comes both employees again for another break.. I honestly don't understand how anything gets done in that shop. I'd have enjoyed my experience there more if I hadn't been completely overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes in the building. I feel like a couple of those employees should be replaced but I know good help is hard to find..

Everyone's always so nice when I go in, and I'm super surprised with the stock they have!! I even got a new tank for a vape I don't even think they sell the kit for. Love this place! Thanks guys!

I have tried this place multiple times over the last couple years and every single time they are rude and stuck up as much as they possibly can. First time was when I tried to buy my girlfriend a vape and was asking for suggestions and just got scoffed at and told to use disposables. Second time was trying to buy a replacement tank for my girlfriend‘s mod that I bought at a different location due to how rude they were previously. There have been multiple times in between where I’ve been just as disappointed in customer service. Today I went to get juice and asked for recommendations only to be told by the guy working in a rude, whatever tone that he does not give recommendations. I don’t think I will ever go back to this store as it is just disappointment after disappointment. The house mixed juice that I bought was terrible as well. Maybe I would’ve been able to pick a good flavor if I was given some recommendations…

To the two people that closed on Wednesday February 1st. I rushed over to your store right after work in desperate need of a new pod, to find the staff locking up and leaving a full 10 MINUTES before the listed closing time. I was extremely disappointed and am now jonesing terribly bad.
