This place closes random hours a day and doesn't come to the door nor leave a note id suggeste they hire another person to help this lady out with some sense not some random person that doesn't know sales

If i could give 0 stars I would. Last time a went to this store I sat in the store for an hour and a half to pay my phone bill. There was 1 employee and 1 customer aside from myself. This time I show up at the stores open hours to find that the doors are locked almost an hour after opening.

Went in with my wife to add a line and get our niece her first phone. The lady working at the counter (I think her name is Ashley) suggested one of their top 3 selling phones. We picked a $60 Motorola, $40 case, with a $25 activation fee; plus what we were told a free speaker in a bundle deal. Should come out to $125. She then quotes me $195 which made no sense. She then explains that we’d be charged $55 for service starting out and then our bill going forward would normalize to a multiple line deal. I ended up paying the $195. Right after I walked out the door, I added the math in my head and realized we’re still off. Turns out, they gave a promotion of $20 off the service fee, and that free speaker was actually $35. We went back in because we didn’t want this speaker at all. We just wanted a cheap phone for our niece. They said they don’t refund accessories. One of their friends that said she was a former employee tried to give me $15 from her wallet to make things right after I was obviously not okay with what happened and the employee condoned it. I told them I just want to return the speaker instead of taking this random persons money. They get on the phone with their manager, and he had them give me $15 cash out of the register without processing any refunds after I explained the situation that unfolded. It was such a weird and sketchy situation. I would not recommend conducting any kind of business with this store and I’ll definitely be switching service in the near future. If they’ll do something weird over a few dollars, I can only imagine what they’d do when there’s more money involved!

Really bad place it should be open at 10 am and the time now 11:12 am and it’s not open yet , it’s said it’s open but it’s not the employee said the manager is not here and she can’t open the door
