Jake at the sales desk was great to work with, made buying a four wheeler easy to do, and very knowledgeable about the products. My husband worked with Dave at the counter who helped him find the parts he needed and ordered them. He was great to work with also. The guys are helpful and informed! We definitely will go back for parts or off roading needs.

I was referred by my employer to Brim Tractor for my search on a Polaris 570 UTV. I contacted Jake Keeton the Sales Representative at Brim Tractor. Jake let me know about a Polaris 570 that was going to be coming into their store that fit our needs. Jake's communication with me was great via phone calls and emails. Since we live 3 1/2 hours away he provided us with numerous pictures of the UTV which were quite helpful in our decision to purchase. Jake and the whole team at Brim took care of us with any accessories, etc. that we needed. I highly recommend the great service at Brim Tractor. It was well worth the drive.

I have visited this store twice. Once to plop down 15 or 20 thousand dollars for a side by side, and once to spend 35k or so on a small tractor with several implements. Both times I was ignored by the sales staff. I took my business elsewhere. If these guys are too lazy to sale me something, I can only imagine the nightmare ahead if I had to have warranty work done.

Bought a Brand new new Holland tractor here and after calling them for months and months to come service it, finally gave up on them. They took my credit card number and never call me back, they continued to lie to me about scheduling service, then I finally go to service it myself and they sell me the INCORRECT PARTS. what is wrong with you people?! Worst business service, dishonesty, and I wish I never gavethem any money. Would give negative stars rating if I could. I rely on my tractor and yall completely screwed me and my family over.

Brought RAZR in and asked them to fix everything, cost over $2000 (charged $600 just for oil change). Worked fine first couple of times out, then wheel got wobbly. Removed and found cotter pin was missing from crown nut! Told them and they said they do not guarantee defects. That is not a defect, that is a tech’s incompetence. Fixed that myself, then upper sway bar was cracked and they didn’t replace. Their 100 point inspection or whatever they called it is an absolute joke. Don’t waste your money, they are thieves. I will be going to Medford moving forward to include my new ATV and snowmobile purchases.

Beware of this dealership because it is definitely dishonest, they will send you pictures of what you want and send you something else and then uour stuck with it!
