Bad customer service. They kept speaking to me when they're already acknowledged that I'm deaf. Please write it down on piece of paper so I can understand what you are telling me. I asked for a paper and pen for 3rd times.

I go in there for the first time and they immediately just gave me attitude. I could tell one of them was already annoyed working. The guy was nicer but he was still a little rude. It did seem like maybe it was not really a good day for them, because the guy, obvi, the supervisor or boss, and that woman who was rude, weren't quite getting along. Perhaps, I just walked in at a bad time, who knows. But either way, each business should act professional and be willing to help their customers. The boss guy, like I said was a bit nicer, was helpful, but that lady, clearly, was annoyed helping customers. I wouldn't want anyone who walks into a place for the first time feel unwelcomed.

We weren't in there a minute before the employees and manager were calling a trans-person an "It" and laughing. My partner and I were appalled. Not LGBTQ friendly.

Super nice lady, working both stores! What a sweetheart. Answered all my questions with no judgement. This little store has thee coolest glass pieces and a big variety as well, every type of smoker will find what their looking for here!

Beware of buying grinders here. They have tiny metal shavings inside them.Maybe you guys should brush out all of your *NEW* grinders to prevent this form happening in the future... just a thought...

Worst customer service i have ever received! Went in a week ago was told a price for an item went back tonight to get it and was told $15 more than price last week!!! Told the owner himself and he said who told u that! Idk one of your EMPLOYEES DUDE!!! I said forget it I can go get it from the guy on the corner and he said then go to guy the on corner! So I threw item on counter and told him I would never come back!!!!! He said good never come back ??? I will make sure everyone I talk to knows what kind of business owner you are tooo!!!!

I called in today to see if they had an item, or if they even carried it, and I will now never go into the store due to the treatment I received.The man answered and I asked if they had it, he said they have multiple styles of it. I told him the exact item I was looking for, a “Puffco peak pro”, and he stated again they Multiple styles, which confused me, as they do not have styles for the main device, they do for attachments, and glass options, but they don’t for the actual Puffco peak pro.I told him they don’t have styles and asked maybe if he was talking about the color options, and he started listing off green, orange, and other colors. This confused me more as the device itself does not come in those colors.While I was trying to clarify, he the. Told me “that I could come look, or if not I should not call back”.The reason I called was because there was a snow storm and don’t want to be out driving around to stores just to find out they don’t have the item I want.Not sure why a store would want to tell a customer not to call. But in fact I will not call, nor ever step foot in the store now:) thank you for showing what type of business you run and hope others find this review helpful too!
