The lady behind the counter was not friendly at all I went in with my family no one was in there and she treated us as if she didn’t want us there won’t be going back. She wouldn’t even acknowledge my kids whatsoever

Been in there twice recently and both times the woman behind the counter acts as if it's an inconvenience to serve you. You would think if no one was in your shop you might at least smile( at least once) at the one customer that is there. You couldn't even bring yourself to smile at a 4 yr old.

The curly haired guy is the most rude and bitter person ever. The place is always dirty and he's always hiding in the back .. when he can can be cleaning . For how much money they charge , their customer service should be a priority.

Worst customer service…. These kids obviously hate their job. There face expressions said it all. I asked a question, and she just rolled her eyes at me. Never coming here again. My toddler could of prepare a better banana split.

I came in last night with a few of my girlfriends, two ladies in there surprisingly with some of the ice cream melting they got my chocolate shake out perfectly. Although it was so hot in there and you could definitely tell the heat was getting to that girls wish them good luck and hopefully the owner gets it together seems like an unsafe place to be in all day.

When we went here there was a blast of hot air flowing through the store. It was so hot, the ice cream looked like it was melting on the tops. Store was messy with dirty tables. Service was pretty good with good variety of ice cream choices. Ice cream tasted great.

Terrible customer service. Place has gone down hill in the years and is hardly clean! Literal children (9-12) working behind the counters. No adults ever in site.

Twice I've tried to get a chocolate chip milk shake and the people at the store refused my milkshake order. They give really poor excuses as to why they aren't able to send my milk shake.

This location is disgustingly DIRTY!! Filthy floor covered in food, nasty dirty tables aEared with ice cream that haven't been wiped down in what looks like many hours and one ice cream cooler is not working and full of roaches. Yuck!!!!!

worst customer service I've ever experienced. Seems like the 2 kids working there last night hated there job so much. Especially the curly haired guy im never going in if he's on the clock. Also didn't enjoy having a curly hair in my milkshake ?

Guy was rude, Milk shake was very runny and they wouldn't even fix it or make a new one. Wouldn't go here again.
