My unit got infested with mice. They destroyed clothes, shoes, and furniture. I had to throw away tons of stuff and wash dozens of loads of laundry to disinfect everything. When I notified the owners they said I was responsible for all damages to my stuff as stated in my contract and that I should have purchased storage insurance. Mice brought in food items I didn't even have in my unit! They are able to travel from one unit to the other so even if you don't have any food in your unit they can still get in and destroy your items. The husband even told my husband that they have had this issue in the past with mice but when I spoke with the wife she made it sound like it was my fault and that I must have had something in the unit to attract mice!

I needed a storage unit in Klamath Falls, and came across Basin Storage on Edison Ave across the street from Walmart. The owner Brian helped me get registered an directed me to the large storage unit I had rented. The unit was easily accessible an very clean. I feel my stored possession are safe at Basin Storage. The prices were a good value for such a large unit.

Excellent storage facility. Courteous service, gate operates consistently and easy to load and upload into units. I used a unit for a month and would use again if I need storage.
