Although we initially had a negative experience with the self-checkout process, Mark's professionalism and positive attitude turned the situation around for us. I'm done with Albertsons. This deli meat is disgusting, and the customer service is even worse. I have included a video of the most dried out deli meat I've ever seen. This was taken right before closing, so yes, the same meat will be sold tomorrow. I can't believe this is going on. The health department will love my video. The 4 employees I saw, that told me to wait a minute so she could finish her conversation with the other 3 employees- really should be working from home, since they have no respect for customers.

I like shopping at Albertson's but recently I've noticed that all 6 self check-out lanes were converted to 15 items or less. On the day I was there only 1 normal checkout was open and the line was super long. I can self check out even with 50 items faster than the clerk. This stinks, I don't like workers touching my food, they are slow sometimes, and they don't care how they pack the groceries. The checker I had today was grouchy and never said a word to me. Please do better Albertson's!

The store definitely has the best produce in town, I can't argue that. My issue with Albertsons corporation is the fact that they are selling pen needles at $82 for a box of 100 when they normally go for $7 to $9 dollars for a box of 100. That's over a 900% increase from normal prices. Why? How can you justify this?

I just wanted to let people know to not buy the fried chicken from Albertsons in Klamath Falls. It's awful. It's dry, has no flavor, and I feel that the person in the deli gave us 12 pieces and charged us for 8 just to get rid of it. It's sad because I would always buy the fried chicken from my Albertsons store in Santa Maria where I use to live because it was so good. So disappointed in this store. I will never ask for it again because we live an hour away from Klamath and I was expecting it to be as good as I remember and it wasn't and I just tossed it away. 10 dollars in the trash. If I could post this review without a star I would.
