No consistency at this branch. I got $150 in quarters last month and probably about $80-100 in September and this time when I asked, I was told they don’t do that. If you have it why not just to the transaction. Where else am I supposed to get coin. You can order more, I cannot get it elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.My wife and brother in law visited this branch of US Bank to empty and close a safety deposit box after the untimely passing of their mother. As one can imagine, things are already difficult for our family and there is so much to be done. However, King City US Bank and Michelle, the branch “manager”, made things even worse for my grieving family members by refusing to do a simple customer service task (open a safety deposit box despite all the paperwork being present and filed and our family driving over an hour to the branch) or prioritize the satisfaction of 30+ year customers. Michelle repeatedly ignored good customer service techniques and stated “you have to make an appointment online, we are busy”- (3 people in line and multiple available tellers) ensuring that a robot or an 8 year old could do her job more effectively than she did if they put a little effort in. This bank is a sorry excuse for a business and it is certainly not somewhere that I recommend putting your money or valuables- I know I won’t. US Bank doesn’t value their customers and therefore is not somewhere I want to spend my time or money.

After the passing of our mom, my sister and I have been tasked with many overwhelming responsibilities including closing her accounts. One item was the need to close a Safe Deposit Box which was opened at the USB King City Branch. We live in Gresham but decided to drive to the King City Branch 45-60min away to finalize its closing. We presented all of the required paperwork & key, as we had done at the Gresham branch, and were then told by the Branch Manager Michelle, that they were too busy and that we would need to make an appointment for next week. We explained the situation and that we had already spent hours at the Gresham branch resolving this. That the final piece was simply closing the SD Box, and that we lived almost an hour away and drove out specifically to close this box. I even suggested that we step aside and wait until we could get helped so we wouldn't have to make this entire trip all over again. This was ignored and we were simply asked again to make an appointment for next week. This is infuriating. I have banked with USB for 27 years, as did my grandfather and mom. This unwillingness to find a sensible solution is difficult to rationalize even under the worst of circumstances. The corporate banking attitude has increasingly moved in this direction and it will ultimately be its demise. The level of service we regularly receive from our local credit union far exceeds the interactions we've had with USB in the past few weeks and will eventually lead to us leaving USB all together.

I came into this location yesterday morning on my way to work to pick up a cashiers check for the company I work for. The lady who greeted me was not only rude, but gave me a really hard time when I explained to her why I was there. Not sure if she was having a bad morning, but it seemed like she was doing everything she can to not help me. After arguing with her for a few minutes she came to her senses and asked that I waited in line to be helped which is what I was initially going to do if she had not decided to give me a hard time after I explained to her why I was there. In addition, her attitude changed as soon as other customers walked in. Almost as she was compensating for the fact she had just been so rude to me. I don’t like leaving reviews, particularly negative reviews, but this situation did NOT sit well with me.

HUGE shout out to Olivia!My wife and I are currently hosting a displaced couple from Ukraine. We needed to set them up with a bank account. Olivia, over the course of almost 2 hours (going a bit beyond closing on a Friday), very patiently overcame a moderate language barrier, reading passports in another language (and alphabet), and figuring out how to change the regional settings on an iPhone to be able to download the US Bank app (which apparently, and probably for good reason, cannot be downloaded to a phone that appears to be from Eastern Europe). I cannot overstate how beneficial it will be to get their account set up.What a phenomenal representative of US Bank!

It doesn't seem that a 20 yr customer means anything. I've been getting charged an outrageous fee for keeping a combined balance of under 25k on the accounts. Who ever signed me up. Most places require a 5k minimum balance. They would not reverse all the fees...no one seems to care about customer retention or customer service at us bank..go else where

I went in to US Bank pretty frustrated, having had to drive to three different banks to get stuff done. Just trying to get through the process, I'm guessing I had a frustrated look. Alicia totally disarmed my frustration and I actually left the building with a smile. Seriously I wished I would have signed up with US Bank with her a few weeks ago, it would have been a easier process than what it was. Thank you Alicia!

I had a check I needed to cash and I arrived at 5:24 p.m. on Friday, they were closed. Hours clearly posted on the drive-through window says open till 6. WTH?

Been with this bank for about a year never really went in until recently... I see why I never went in the people are fine but i feel bad for them they work for a horrible bank (what bank isnt) don't expect a quick trip expect atleast 3 hours for a withdrawal
