I have gone to King City site ever since it opened. I have been a loyal customer as has my parents, sister & my son all this time. The treatment I received today from the i cashier is Appalling just because I didn’t know my number, she was rude would it count baccj my $18.66 change. I said to her we all are going through the same thing you could be nice. Her reply to me was “ next time you come back know your number”. This is not the first time your cashiers have been rude but this is the last straw. Since it’s so painful for cashiers to give good service I guess we old folks shouldn’t come in to ask questions. Not that it matters but I worked for a major company and had a CEO that didn’t care if customers leave, I don’t know if that’s his you feel I’m truly sorry for you. As for my family of 18 who lives in the are will now be going to the Arco down the street. I will no longer recommend your store.

They are not enforcing the mask required law, won’t be going back there . They are just putting up signs but the entire store was full of customers with no mask, dolts.

Horrible! Andrew and Austen should both be fired! Rude and d*** not a good combo. I will NEVER GO BACK and will bad mouth as much as possible!!😈
