Horrible, horrible experience. I ordered over the phone and gave all payment info. Told it would take 30 minutes for delivery and I even requested to be called by the driver before they arrived. SO after an hour of waiting in the cold I decide to call this store for help and they started blaming the other nearby chain location, stating that the number I called was theirs and I just got redirected. So after I heard that, I got in touch with the other location and they blamed the first location with the same excuse. So now I'm cold, down 30 bucks and have no food while these idiots put me on hold

Placed an order for super bowl at 10 AM to be ready at 3 PM. I know it's the busiest day of the year however when I went to the counter to get an update as to why it said my pizza was being made and the time is getting longer the person at the desk automatically got defensive before I could even ask my question to if it was being physically made. Because if they are physically making it it shouldnt be getting longer. She did not want to even hear my question because she assumed I was mad by inquiring. I was angry at the end of it because she kept talking over me and not even letting me ask my question. Better training for people in a customer service roll would be nice as not every customer asking a question is because they are upset. Good way to piss of loyal customers is to not even let them ask a question.

My pizza was quoted 45-65 mins but arrived st 95 mins. So not only very late, but also very cold! To even eat it for the first time it had to be heated!I ordered extra cheese but it barely had a regular amount of cheese.The cheese in the stuffed crust tasted like it was watered-down. I don't know if this was a one-off, or if this is how it tastes all the time - I haven't had it in many years. .

The King City, OR Pizza Hut is not a good choice, if you want pizza that looks remotely like the ads, or makes your mouth water the moment you open the box. They are super skimpy with toppings and sauce, even when you ask for extra, and especially if redeeming points. (Rewards never felt so cheap and useless.) Pay extra. Pick up your own pizza elsewhere. Don't expect a quality pie from this location. And don't have fries delivered, unless you want to overpay for a tiny, soggy, sad order.

Decent pizza, not great. Next time I will just go to the place that rhymes with Prittle Pleasers, actually is better and less expensive by quite a bit.

I think we found our favorite combo here at Pizza hut. The food was hot and ready at delivery and they delivered on time. The driver was very kind and professional. I won't need to use any other Pizza service from now on.
