I recently paid $15.00 for a car wash that left my car unclean. Despite the no refund policy/Rewash policy in place, I was suprosed to receive no help or assistance when I raised my concerns. The level of service I received was extremely disappointing and far below my expectations. I feel that my money was wasted, and my dissatisfaction with this experience is significant.

This is my favorite Kaady location, and I drive out of my way to get here. It has a more open parking lot and is just easier to move around in.

The person watching in case of emergency didn't know what pedals I needed to hold and it caused my car to be bumped up multiple times before the machine actually took and then worked. Could've damaged my suspension or other parts of my wheel system(s)

I went there to get a car wash based on the positive reviews. Ended up getting a few large scratches on the bonnet. The wash quality was decent but will never go back again.

I am a big fan of Kaady Car Wash. They've become my go-to choice for car washes in the city. Their service is reliable, and they consistently deliver a thorough clean for my car. Plus, the self-vacuuming area is a convenient bonus after the wash. Highly recommend!
